Conventional mold release agents for die casting are broadly classified into water-insoluble mold release agents and water-soluble mold release agents, but water-insoluble mold release agents pose problems in the working environment due to the risk of ignition and smoke generation. Recently, the use of water-soluble mold release agents has become mainstream. As water-soluble mold release agents, compositions in which mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils, waxes, fatty acid esters, etc. are emulsified or decomposed with surfactants or inorganic alkaline substances such as potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide are used. As a water-soluble mold release agent, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-1937
The mold release agent disclosed in Publication No. 8 and JP-A-61-10
There is a mold release agent disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3642. The mold release agent disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-19378 has α. A mold release agent for die casting containing at least one of ω-polybutadiene dicarboxylic acid and maleated polybutadiene. The mold release agent disclosed in JP-A-61-103642 contains polyethylene having an average molecular weight of 5.000 or more, polyethylene oxide, or potassium salt of polyethylene oxide in an amount of 10% by weight or more in the heated residue. This is a water-soluble mold release agent for die casting. Among the above water-soluble mold release agents, oxidized wax, which has a particularly high melting point, is used as a neutralized product with an inorganic alkali, has excellent adhesion to molds, and forms a strong adhesive film. However, as the number of shots increases, the inorganic alkali neutralized product of oxidized wax tends to accumulate on the mold mating surfaces, causing leakage of the melt field and reducing the dimensional accuracy of the casting. In order to remove deposits on the mold, the mold is cleaned with a cleaning agent such as kerosene or alkaline solution after a certain number of shots, but because the inorganic alkali neutralized product of oxidized wax has a high melting point. However, there is a problem that cleaning is insufficient and deposits remain. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention solves the drawbacks of the conventional water-soluble mold release agents mentioned above, and
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water-soluble mold release agent for die casting that causes less deposits on a mold and allows the deposits to be easily cleaned. Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve this objective, the inventors of the present invention conducted intensive research on the depositability on molds and the cleanability. We have discovered that by using a water-soluble amine, it is possible to obtain a water-soluble mold release agent for die casting that deposits less on the mold and is easy to clean. That is, the gist of the present invention is to use oxidized waxes such as oxidized paraffin and oxidized polyethylene with a boiling point of 25
The present invention relates to a water-soluble mold release agent for die casting characterized by containing a water-soluble substance in the form of a neutralized salt of a water-soluble amine at a temperature of 0°C or lower.
以下に本発明の詳細を説明する。The details of the present invention will be explained below.

Examples of water-soluble amines below 50°C include monoethanolamine, morpholine, methylmorpholine, ethylmorpholine, N. Examples include N-diethylethanolamine, N,N-dimethylethanolamine, monoisobrobanolamine, ethylenediamine, diethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, and hexamethylenediamine. All of these amines dissolve in water at any ratio at 20°C. However, in the present invention, not only such amines but also amines having a solubility of 10 g or more per 100 g of water at 20° C. can be used. The amount of these water-soluble amines to be added must be at least 0.8 to the amount of acid in the oxidized wax. In addition, the boiling point is 2
Water-soluble amines with temperatures exceeding 50°C have poor adhesion to high-temperature molds, resulting in poor mold release performance. Further, in the present invention, other known inorganic alkaline substances other than the water-soluble amine, such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, etc., may be used in combination as a neutralizing alkali. However, it is necessary that the amount of the inorganic alkaline substance added be 0.2 equivalent or less based on the amount of Fuchs' acid. Added amount of inorganic alkaline substances is 0
.. If the amount exceeds 2 equivalents, the melting point of the neutralization salt of the oxidized wax becomes high, making it difficult to remove mold deposits with a solvent-based or alkaline-based cleaning agent.

以下、本発明を実施例によってさらに詳細に説明する。Effect of the invention Generally, in the casting process of aluminum die castings, the temperature of the mold reaches a maximum of 300°C, but since the water-soluble amine used in the present invention has a boiling point of 250°C or lower, it evaporates in the mold and The deposits remain in the form of acidic substances, namely carboxylic acids. And, the neutralized salt of oxidized wax in the present invention is
The melting point is lower than that of conventional inorganic alkali neutralized salts. For the above reasons, mold deposits are easily removed by both alkaline cleaners and solvent cleaners. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples.
