DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a stacking device for sheet materials such as paperboard, plastic plates, metal plates, etc. [Prior art] In a continuous cutting line for strips or a continuous processing line for painting, drying, steel drilling, etc. for sheet materials, a stacking table is arranged on the exit side of a sheet conveyor, and the conveyor It is possible to IKflm the sheet materials input by the operator onto the stacking table. At this time, the conventional stacking device arranges front and rear guide plates and left and right guide plates outside the sheet material input area above the stacking table, and guides the outer edge of the sheet material with these guide plates. As a result, we will arrange the packaging of sheets on the stacking table. However, in the conventional pre-loading device, after the required number of sheets are stacked on the stacking table, the sheets are moved laterally, so that they are inserted into the sheet input area and new sheets are loaded. It is equipped with an insertion fork that temporarily supports the sheets that are coming up. That is, an insertion fork is inserted onto the laminated sheet material stack, the subsequent sheet materials are temporarily stacked on the insertion fork, and after the laminate is moved laterally, the insertion fork is removed and the insertion fork is removed. This is to transfer the new laminate temporarily supported on the loading fork to the laminate table. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above conventional IA device has the following problems.

As shown in FIG. 7(A), when the insertion fork 1 is removed from the bottom surface of the new stack 2 and the new stack 2 is transferred to, for example, a pallet 3 on a stacking table, the pallet 1-3 The lower part of the rear end of the laminate 2 installed in the holder sags, causing a displacement a in the front-rear direction due to the thickness of the insert hook 1. As shown in FIG. 7(B), this deviation a is maintained after being transferred to the pallet 3, and a protrusion 2A is formed at the lower front end of the stacked body 2. If the protrusion 2A is left as it is, it is inevitable that it will be damaged by the band binding force or the like when the laminate 2 is packaged. Therefore, complicated rework work is required, such as reversing the laminate 2 to eliminate the deviation a of the protrusion 2A, which is located on the upper surface side. An object of the present invention is to enable sheet materials to be transferred in an appropriate packaging state onto a stacking table without shifting when an insert is removed. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a stacking table disposed on the exit side of a sheet conveyor and capable of stacking sheet articles inputted by the conveyor, and a sheet article input area above the stacking table. a guide tool disposed outside of the sheet material to guide the outer edge of the sheet material to adjust the packaging shape of the sheet material, and a guide tool inserted into the sheet material input area to temporarily support the sheet material; In the sheet material stacking device, the sheet material stacking device includes an insertion tool that allows the temporarily supported sheet material to be transferred onto the stacking table after being removed from the input area, wherein the conveyor In the front-rear direction of feeding the sheet material, it is arranged on both guide tools facing each other across the sheet material input area, or arranged on one guide tool facing the insert tool and supported by the insert tool. an edge support that can support the edge of the sheet material, and an edge support that is inserted into the sheet material input area when the insert is inserted into the same area, and opposing guides when the insert is removed. The device is provided with an edge support tool drive unit that removes the tools from the same area at the same time, or a guide tool facing the insert tool and an edge support tool drive section that removes the insert tool from the same area at the same time. [Function] In the present invention, (A) when the edge support is disposed on both the front and rear guide tools located in the front and back direction where the conveyor feeds the sheet material, (B) the edge support is installed on the insert tool. In some cases, it is installed on one of the front and rear guide tools facing the front and rear guides. Above (A)
According to (B), there are the following effects (■) and (2), and according to (B), there are the following effects (■).

■When edge supports are installed on the front and rear guides, some sheets that are input immediately after inserting the insert into the sheet input area are separated from the front and rear guides. It is supported by the edge support mentioned above, which is inserted directly above the insert. When the insertion tool is removed from the bottom surface of the new stack and the new stack is transferred onto the stacking table, the sheet material is supported at both front and back ends by the edge support and is shaped concave in the front-back direction. to accomplish. When both edge supports are removed from the sheet material input area at approximately the same time, this concave curved form is maintained, and the sheet material starts to land on the stacking table from approximately the center of the curve in the front-rear direction, so that There is no displacement in the front and back direction due to the thickness of the insert due to the hanging of the lower end, and the transfer is completed when both edge supports are removed and the package is placed in the correct shape on the collection/stacking platform. It will be transferred. ■In addition, in the above (■), the edge support provided on the front and rear guides is placed between the insert and the insert so that it can be moved back and forth with respect to the insert in order to accommodate changes in the dimensions of the sheet material. When the left and right guide tools are formed for left and right movement, substantially the same gap is formed. That is, the level of the edge support provided in the front and rear guide tools is approximately the same as the lower end level of the left and right guide tools.

Therefore, as mentioned above, the sheet material supported by the edge supports of the front and rear guides will not pass through the lower end level of the left and right guides, and will not fit into the gap between the insertion tool and the left and right guides. It won't slip and get caught. ■When installing an edge support on one of the front and rear guides facing the insert, remove the insert from the bottom of the new laminate and transfer the new laminate onto the stacking table. , just before the insertion tool is completely removed, the sheet material is supported by the edge support on one side of the front and back, and supported on the insertion tool on the other side, resulting in a concave shape in the front and rear direction. Eggplant. Thereafter, when the insert and the edge support are removed almost simultaneously from the sheet material input area, this concave curved form is maintained, and the sheet material lands on the stacking table from approximately the center of the curve in the front-rear direction. Therefore, there is no displacement in the front and back direction due to the thickness of the insert due to the hanging of the lower part of the rear end, and the transfer is completed when the insert and edge support are removed and placed on the stacking table. The cargo will be transferred in an appropriate packaging. [Embodiment] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the main parts of the first embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 6 is a side view showing the main parts of the second embodiment of the present invention. In the integrated device 100 shown in FIG. 6, functional parts that are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 are given the same reference numerals. That is, 15 is a sheet of drug, 18 is a pallet, 19
A and 19B are front and rear guide plates, 21 is an insertion fork, and 23B is an edge support plate. The stacking device 100 differs from the stacking device 13 of the first embodiment in that in the front-rear direction in which the conveyor 12 feeds the sheets 15, only the rear guide plate 19B facing the insertion hook 21 has an edge. This is because the support plate 23B is provided. The edge support plate 23B is guided by a guide device 101 supported by the guide plate 1/19B, and is driven by a cylinder 102 suspended and supported by the guide device 101. At this time, cylinder 10
2, (a) Insert the edge support plate 23B into the area before and after the insertion timing of the insertion fork 21 into the sheet material input area (see FIG. 6(A)) (b) Insertion fork 2
1, after the remaining insertion length L1 of the insertion fork 21 becomes approximately equal to the insertion length L2 of the edge support plate 23B, the edge support plate 23B is removed from the insertion fork 2.
1 (see FIGS. 6(B) to 6(C)). According to this second embodiment, the following effects are obtained. ■One guide plate 19 facing the insertion fork 21
Since the edge support plate 23B is provided only on B, when removing the insertion fork 21 from the bottom surface of the new stack 22 and transferring the new stack 22 to a new pallet 18 on the stacking table 17, Immediately before the insertion fork 21 is completely removed, the sheet material 15 is supported by the edge support plate 23B at the front and rear, and the other side is supported by the insertion fork 2.
1, resulting in a concave shape in the front-rear direction. Thereafter, when the insertion fork 21 and the edge support plate 23B are removed from the sheet material input area at the same time, this concave curved form is maintained, and the sheet material 15 is moved from the approximately central portion of the curve in the front-rear direction to the stacking table. Pallet 1 on top of 17
8, and therefore, there is no displacement in the longitudinal direction due to the thickness of the insertion fork 21 based on the hanging down of the lower part of the rear end, and then the removal of the insertion fork 21 and the edge support plate 23B is completed. At the same time, the transfer is completed and transferred to the pallet 18 on the stacking table 17 in an appropriate packaging state. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, when the insertion tool is removed, the sheets can be transferred onto the stacking table in an appropriate packaging state without any deviation.
