本考案は主として、墜落防止用ロープの長さを

を嵌入し、本体5の長溝2からローラ10の中心
を貫通して蓋板7の長溝6に嵌入する調節軸11
を設け、該調節軸11にはその先端部が常に長溝
2へ嵌入する方向へ附勢するバネ12を設け、上
記ローラ10と調節軸11とが本体5の長溝2お
よび蓋板7の長溝6の範囲を自在に摺動できる構

11は本体5の長溝2内をスライドしてローラ1

ープの長さ分だけ落下することになり、落下距離
も短く、且つ衝撃荷重も低く安全である。また、
