There was a problem in that the tooth portions 3', 4°, and 5' between the jigs 3, 4, and 5 changed over time, causing so-called pitch deviation, which hindered the support of the glass plate A.

As shown in FIG. 8, it is stretched in the longitudinal direction and the width direction and fixed with compressive stress applied thereto. This compressive stress changes depending on the degree of caulking force and is not constant. Therefore, during repeated use in the cleaning process, thermal cycles of heating and cooling are naturally repeated, and when the compressive stress of the glass support 3a is released, a difference in expansion and contraction occurs between the individual glass supports.

Each glass support is not subjected to uneven compressive stress due to caulking, and the expansion and elongation of the glass support caused by repeated heat action during the cleaning process is fixed at one point. Since this can cause so-called expansion and escape, it is possible to prevent pitch deviation of the teeth between the jigs.

In particular, fixing with the spring pin 3d' can be achieved by cutting a slit 3e and drilling a fixing hole 3c only in the glass support 3a, and can be used repeatedly even when replacing the glass support 3a. It has the advantage of being possible.

b may be fixed at one point in the center, and at the same time both ends may be auxiliary fixed. In this case, the auxiliary fixing holes 3c, 3c drilled at both ends of the base 3b have the same shape as the fixing hole 3c drilled in the center, but the auxiliary fixing holes 3c3c' bored at both ends of the glass support 3a are , the glass support 3a has an elliptical shape extending in the longitudinal direction so as to allow for elongation due to expansion of the glass support 3a9. While it was 1x10-, the one of the present invention had a maximum of 1x10-. Therefore, the cleaning jig of the present invention is capable of reducing its expansion/contraction ratio by at least one order of magnitude compared to the conventional cleaning jig.
