Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce in size and cost a universal inverter by incorporating a fine spinning frame operating timer and a speed calculating program in a ROM on a board for constituting a control circuit of the inverter and commonly using it. CONSTITUTION:A time controller option board 2 and a ROM 7 are provided on a universal control board 1 for controlling an inverter main circuit 9. A timer setting variable resistor 4, a touch panel 5, an indicator 6, a zone switching pushbutton SW 8 are provided on an operation panel 3. A fine spinning frame operating program is stored in the ROM 7. The frame is automatically spinned according to speed K1-K5 and acceleration/deceleration gradients R1-R5 instructed on the panel 5 at each time T1-T5 set by the resistor 4 of the panel 3, and a zone number during operating at present and a timer lapse time are indicated on the indicator 6.

。これに鑑み本発明は汎用インバータ装置をベースとし
、所要の速度プログラム機能を有しながら且つ装置の大
形化と高価格化とを大きく抑制したインバータ装置の提
供を目的とするものである。

ク回路とアナログ入出力処理用のA−D及びD−A変換
回路とを備えた前記精紡機速度のタイムコントロール専
用のオプション基板を設けると共に、前記タイムコント
ロール用の制御シーケンスのプログラム内容を前記汎用
インバータ装置の制御用プログラムと共に該汎用インバ
ータ装置制御回路のROM素子に収納するものである。

コントロールに要する諸要素の数の低減と小形化とを図
るものである。

続されるタッチパネル5と区間切換用押ボタンスイッチ
8とが取付けられる。また7はインバータ速度制御プロ
グラムと前記タイムコントロール用プログラムを収納し
前記制御基板1に搭載されるROM、9はインバータ主
回路部である。

運転区間はそれぞれの設定値に従って自動的に切換えら
れると共に前記インジケータ6には現在運転中の区間番
号とタイマー経過時間とが表示され更に前記タッチパネ
ル5には運転速度(周波数)とタイマ設定値とがモニタ
される。

、前記プログラム運転用タイムコントロール回路を専用
に別置する場合に比して装置の小形化と低廉化とを図る
ことができる。

制御シーケンスのプログラム内容を前記汎用インバータ
装置の制御用プログラムと共に該汎用インバータ装置制
御回路のROM素子に収納したことを特徴とする精紡機
駆動用インバータ装置。
