るかかと部cの突起をそれぞれに高低、大小に区
別して突出形成し、第1図に示すように突起の外
径Dと高さHの比がほぼ1:1.5のような細く高
い場合はもつとも良好なマツサージ的な刺激が得
られるので、とりわけ土踏まず部aにはそのよう
な突起を大きくして設けるのがよく、又、突起2
は該図示のものに限らずDとHの比がほぼ1:

る大きい空気抵抗の弾力ではない快い感触やマツ
サージ刺激などが得られ、上底板として本底への
取り付けも厳密な気密接着などは必要でなく簡単
な縫着でよいこととなり、上底板自体の製作は勿
論、本底への取り付けも簡単となるなど実用的価
値の大きい履物用上底板の考案である。
