凹凸を存するフィルムの製造方法としては、基材フィル
ムをエンボスする方法、あるいは工冫チングする方法が

得られず、型取り用フィルムとして使用した場合に型崩
れを起しやすい。またエッチング法では化学薬品を使用
するため工程が複雑となり、生産性が低下する。これら
従来の方法でつくられた凹凸フィルムは、その起伏効果
性、耐久性等の面でも満配すべきものは得られない.
さらに電子線を照射する方法(例えば特開昭60− 2
5749号公報および特開昭60 − 25750号公
報参照)も知られているが、電子線照射では照射世の大
きさを制御して硬化反応を適度に制御することが困難で
あり、また基材フィルムの物性を低下させる欠点がある
.
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明者らは、上記欠点をを改良すべく鋭意研究した結
果、紫外線照射または加熱により樹脂を硬化させること
により、基材フィルム上にシャープな凹凸を容易かつ任
意に付与できることを見出して.本発明に至ったもので

できる。また熱硬化の場合にはさらに熱ラジカル重合触
媒として、メチルエチルケ1・ンパーオキサイド、シク
ロヘキサノンバーオキサイド、ペンゾイルパーオキサイ
ド、ジクミルパーオキサイド、L−プチルパーベンゾエ
ート等を添加し、必要に応じて促進剤を添加してもよい

光重合開始剤および熱ラジカル重合触媒の添加量、硬化
性樹脂組成物の塗布量および塗布方法などは特に限定さ
れず、使用目的に応して適宜i!訳される.なお硬化性
樹脂組成物には、必要に応して充填剤、着色剤等をさら

紫外線照射による樹脂の硬化には通常の紫外線照射装置
を使用することができ、また加熱による樹脂の硬化は熱
風または赤外線照射により行なうごとができる.
〔作用〕
紫外線照射または加熱によ.り硬化性樹脂を硬化させる
と同時に基材フィルムと強固に接着させた後、型から剥
離することにより、基材フィルム上にシャープな凹凸を
有し、かつ耐久性を有する樹脂層を容易に積層すること
ができる.
また所望の型を有する離型性の紙またはフィルムを用い
ることにより、多種多様な凹凸を容易に付与することが
でき、また連続的に凹凸を有するフィルムを製造するこ
とができる.
以下実施例を示して本発明を説明する.実施例1
