Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a mixed gas jetted from a burner port in the neighborhood of an ignition electrode to accumulate and easily and surely perform ignition by providing a partition plate in the neighborhood of the ignition electrode and making the opening part of the upper face of a box body opposed to the ignition electrode smaller than the other. CONSTITUTION:In a part of an upper opening part 3a of a box body 3 of an ignition electrode 5 divided by a partition plate 6, an opening area is formed small as compared with the part of a combustion detection flame rod 4. A gas allowed to flow in a Bunsen burner 2 from a nozzle 1 with air becomes a mixture to jet from burner ports 2a. And at this time ignition is performed by an ignition electrode 5 to form flames at two places of the burner ports 2a and the opening part 3a so as to become two-stage combustion. In addition, at the time of the ignition a mixed gas is easily allowed to accumulate with the use of the partition plate 6 provided in the neighborhood of the ignition electrode 5 and the opening part 3b and ignition is easily performed by the ignition electrode 5. In addition, an ignited flame passes through a cutout 6a and transfer in the burner ports 2a of a righthand side part of the partition plate 6.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a burner device used in an indoor supply/exhaust type gas hot air heater. Structure of the conventional example and its problems In this kind of conventional burner device, as shown in FIG. opening 3 in width
A is formed. When the mixed gas ejected from the burner flame hole 2a is ignited by the ignition electrode 5, a flame is formed over two stages: above the burner flame hole 2a and at the opening 3a of the box body 3. However, during this ignition, the opening 3a
are formed with the same width to the point opposite to the ignition electrode 5, so that the mixed gas rises vigorously and passes through the opening 3a, and the ignition range of the mixed gas is formed between the ignition electrode 5 and the ignition electrode 5. It was difficult to create an atmosphere. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a burner device that can reliably and easily ignite even burner flame holes inside a box. Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the burner device of the present invention includes a Punsen burner, a box body that houses the burner flame hole of the Punsen burner, has a secondary air intake port on the bottom surface, and has an opening on the top surface. , comprising an ignition electrode provided inside the box body, and a partition plate provided near the ignition electrode to partition the inside of the box body, a cutout for fire transfer is provided at a lower part of the partition plate, and the The opening has a structure in which the opening area of the part facing the ignition electrode is smaller than that of the other part, and by making the area of the opening facing the partition plate and the ignition electrode smaller than the other part, the mixing in the vicinity of the ignition 1f pole is reduced. Improves gas retention to ensure ignition. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. 1 is a nozzle for supplying gas, 2 is a Punsen burner, 3 is a rectangular box that suppresses the amount of secondary air for combustion to the Punsen burner 2, 4 is a flame rond for combustion detection provided in the box 3, 5 is a box An ignition electric rod is provided in the body 3 to generate a high-pressure spark for ignition, and 6 is a partition plate that is close to the ignition electric rod 5 and partitions the inside of the box 3, and includes an ignition electrode 5 for ignition and a flame rod for combustion detection. 4, and has a cutout 6a at the center of the lower end for transferring fire. A portion 3b of the upper opening 3a of the box 3 of the ignition electric rod 5 divided by the partition plate 6 has a smaller opening area than the flame rond 4 for combustion detection, and the mixed gas accumulates during ignition. The flame iron 4 part for combustion detection has an enlarged upper opening 3a to prevent the mixed gas from accumulating and causing an explosion and ignition due to delayed flame transfer. Fulfill. That is, the gas that flows into the Punsen burner 2 from the nozzle L along with the air becomes a mixture and is ejected from the burner flame hole 2a, and at this time, it is ignited by the ignition electrode 5 and the flame is emitted at two locations: the burner flame hole 2a and the opening 3a. This results in two-stage combustion. Furthermore, during this ignition, the mixed gas accumulates more easily due to the partition plate 6 and the opening 3b provided near the ignition electrode 5 than before, and is easily ignited by the ignition electrode 5. Furthermore, the ignited flame passes through the notch 6a,
The flame transfers to the burner flame hole 2a on the right side of the partition plate 6. FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line xx' in FIG. 1. Controlled air intake 7 for suppressing secondary air necessary for combustion
This figure shows that the air is formed at the bottom of n3, and illustrates the flow of secondary air a and exhaust gas b. As shown in this figure, by suppressing the secondary air a, the flame becomes longer and high-temperature oxidation is prevented. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the box 3, and shows that the two dimensions of the burner insertion port 3C are the fitting dimensions with the burner flame hole 2a, and the notch 3d having the L dimension of the burner insertion port 3c is the burner insertion port 3C. Secondary air is directly supplied to the flame hole 2a to form a Bunsen flame, and it plays a role in maintaining flame stability so that the entire flame does not lift up. This is especially effective when the indoor air is low. FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line Y-Y' in FIG. 2, showing the relative positional relationship of the frame rod 4, the ignition electrode 5, and the partition plate 6. Figure 5 shows a gas hot air heater 8 using the above burner device. Because the heater is open to the room, combustion exhaust gas is blown out from the grill 9 and circulated inside the room, so implementing this type of heater is extremely effective. Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a partition plate near the ignition electrode, and the opening on the top surface of the box facing the ignition electrode is made smaller than the other openings, so that the box is smaller than the burner flame hole near the ignition electrode. The mixed gas ejected into the body accumulates more easily than before, making ignition easier and more reliable.
