- 切断前の紙管を、軸外周に位置固定する固定装置
を有し、かつ紙管の切断時の紙管切断装置の回転
刃に対応した軸の外周位置に、その回転刃よりも
高硬度の材料のカツター用下刃を配設すると共に
、切断後の紙管を外周に位置固定したままトイレ
ツトペーパ巻取用の軸として使用する紙管切断兼
トイレツトペーパ巻軸。
