Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it easy to discriminate footwear at a place such as a mass meeting, by a method wherein shaping work is applied to sheet metal or the like, in the shape of a sock about the whole or by splitting into a toe part and a heel part, and a name and a pattern or the like are indicated thereon by printing. CONSTITUTION:Thin metal, such as sheet copper, copper wire, copper foil, sheet brass, brass wire, brass foil or the like is used for a main part 1. A point 2 shows a heel part on which a name and a pattern applying shaping-work are indicated by printing. There are the following methods in these effectuated modes, i.e., a method wherein printing indication is shown by dotted lines, a method by recesses and projections and a method by cutting. The shaping work is applied to sheet metal or the like as the point 1, and favorite, original names and patterns by which users can separately insist on their personality, are indicated by printing at a part (heel) of the main part. An adhesive agent is wholly applied to the rear face of the main part 1 as shown at a point 3. This sock can be thus used by being stuck on the lower part in a shoe.

Detailed Description of the Invention (4) Industrial Field of Application This invention uses a thin metal plate as the main material and molds it into the shape of a shoe sole, thereby making it possible to create an original product according to the user's taste that can express the individuality of each user. The desired name, picture, etc., was displayed in print. There is something about shoe soles.

(5) Conventional technology Conventionally, there are no products of this kind that have printed displays such as names and pictures that can express the individuality of each user, and there are no facilities such as shoe racks. If the footwear came into contact with the shoes, it would have been a waste of time, both mentally and physically, even though it would have been possible to find each user's footwear again. It was especially difficult for the blind people to understand.

Conventionally, this type of product had a display such as the name of the manufacturer's product, but there was no display to express the individuality of each user, and there was no display to express the individuality of each user. If it is possible to print the names and pictures of the users, especially people who are blind, etc., in a place where the footwear can be used again, it will be possible for each user to find the footwear again. The mental and time wastage of the conventional method is eliminated.

It is a well-known fact that thin metals, especially copper materials, have been effective since ancient times in preventing and treating athlete's foot, and in killing white bacteria, which is the source of odor. It is being Utilizing these characteristics, we mold them into the shape of shoe soles, display printed indications such as original names and designs of the user's choice that can express each user's individuality, and easily apply them to each user's footwear. It was invented in such a way that it could be distinguished. In particular, in order to use braille display methods, etc.
I think it will relieve the mental suffering that has traditionally existed for blind people.
