従来のサーマルヘツドを示す破断斜視図である。 図において、１は装置本体、２は媒体、５はプ
ラテン、５―１はローラ部、５―２は軸部、７は
板バネ、１４はサーマルヘツド、１４ａは印字面
、１４―１は発熱素子、１４―２はピン、１６は
位置決め部材、１６―１は軸受け部、１６―２は
摺動溝、を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中央部に印字媒体２を搬送するローラ部５―１
を設けて、両端より軸部５―２を突出させたプラ
テン５と、 ドツトパターン状の発熱素子１４―１を上記媒
体２の搬送方向と直交させて配列した印字面１４
ａを設け、該発熱素子１４―１のセンターを位置
決めするピン１４―２を、前記センターの移動方
向平行線上で前記配列方向両端面より突出させた
サーマルヘツド２４と、 上記プラテン５の該軸部５―２を挿入する軸受
け部１６―１を一方に穿設し、該軸受け部１６―
１の中心を通る線上の他方に上記サーマルヘツド
１４の該ピン１４―２を挿入して摺動させる摺動
溝１６―２を設けた位置決め部材２５と、 上記サーマルヘツド２４を圧接方向に付勢する
押圧手段７とからなり、 上記位置決め部材２５を一定の間隔で平行に配
設して該軸受け部１６―１に、上記プラテン５の
該軸部５―２を挿入して回動自在に軸架し、摺動
溝１６―２に上記サーマルヘツド１４の該ピン１
４―２を挿入して、上記押圧手段７により該サー
マルヘツド１４の該印字面１４ａが該プラテン５
の該ローラ部５―１外周に圧接するよう構成して
なることを特徴とするラインサーマルヘツドの位
置決め機構。
