Claims (1)
れる工具に湿分の凝縮が生じるのを防止するため
の乾燥空気供給装置において、 移動可能なハウジングと、 上記ハウジング内に設けられ、該ハウジングを
通して周囲の空気を受け入れる予冷/予乾燥器と
、 上記ハウジング内に設けられた吸収乾燥器と、 この吸収乾燥器と前記予冷/予乾燥器との間に
設けられた第一の送通手段と、 この第一の送通手段に設けられたフアンと、 乾燥空気を混合する共通の混合室と、 上記吸収乾燥器と上記共通の混合室との間に設
けられた第二の送通手段と、 上記第一の送通手段から共通の混合室へ到る調
整可能なバイパスダクトと、 上記工具に乾燥空気を吹付ける広域噴射ノズル
を有するブロワーボツクスと、 上記共通の混合室から上記ブロワーボツクスに
延びた乾燥空気ダクトと、 上記バイパスダクトを通る乾燥空気の流量、上
記冷媒の温度及び上記工具の動作を夫々調整する
制御装置、及び、 上記工具表面に出来るだけ接近した位置に配設
され、該工具に吹付けられる乾燥空気の相対湿度
と温度を測定し、上記制御装置に信号を送る測定
装置を設けたことを特徴とする動作の間に加熱さ
れ且つ冷媒により冷却される工具に湿分の凝縮が
生じるのを防止するための乾燥空気供給装置。 (2) ハウジングと予冷/予乾燥器との間にフイ
ルターを設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項に記載の動作の間に加熱され且つ
冷媒により冷却される工具の湿分の凝縮が生じる
のを防止するための乾燥空気供給装置。 (3) 調整可能なバイパスダクトが、このダクト
を完全に閉鎖するように構成された調整フラツプ
を備えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項に記載の動作の間に加熱され且つ冷
媒により冷却される工具に湿分の凝縮が生じるの
を防止するための乾燥空気供給装置。 (4) 測定装置は、例えば対設した二つの工具が
相対的に動き得る場合に、これらの二つの工具の
間に配設されていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項に記載の動作の間に加熱され
且つ冷媒により冷却される工具に湿分の凝縮が生
じるのを防止するための乾燥空気供給装置。 (5) 制御装置が、温度及び空気の絶対湿度ダイ
アグラムからの値と比較して、バイパスダクトに
おける乾燥空気の流量、冷媒の温度及び工具の動
作速度を調整するプロセツサを備えていることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載
の動作の間に加熱され且つ冷媒により冷却される
工具に湿分の凝縮が生じるのを防止するための乾
