Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent copy quality from deteriorating owing to the disorder of an image by providing a guide member which is displaced between the paper guide position of the entrance and a paper non-guide position above the entrance, and displacing the guide member according to the timing of paper feeding. CONSTITUTION:Paper 1 is guided by a paper guide plate 6 to nearby a fixation roller 9 and a pressure roller 11. When the paper 1 is clamped and conveyed to the entrance part of the fixation roller 9 and the tail end is sensed by a tail end detection sensor 3, the sensor 3 detects the rear end of the paper 1 and sends its signal to a solenoid 4; when the solenoid 4 turns on, the paper guide plate 6 is displaced upward, so that the tail end part of the paper 1 never contacts the guide plate even if floating slightly. The ON state of the solenoid 4 is held for a constant time and the guide plate returns to the lower fixed position before the paper top end of next paper is entered. Consequently, the copy quality is prevented from deteriorating owing to the disorder of an image.

リコンオイルがオイル塗布装置8によって塗布されてい
る。又、定着ローラー内部にはヒーター10が設置され
ている事は周知である。第1図の状態ではペーパーはカ
ールしているにもかかわらず、定着ローラー人口部にガ
イドされていく。

口へ確実にガイドでき、且つ、ペーパー後端部のハネ上
りによるガイド板との接触を防止でき画像乱れを生じる
ことがない。
