Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce costs and time for execution of work by joining concrete blocks with male and female joints of each of the concrete blocks fitted each other and with horizontal and vertical reinforcements bonded thereto, and by filling cavities formed by vertical laying of the concrete blocks with ready-mixed concrete. CONSTITUTION:A concrete block is formed of a protuberance 2 that is provided on the inside of an upper side face 1' of a board-like part 1, a recessed part 3 that is provided on the opposite side face of the board-like part for fitting the protuberance 2 thereto, and male and female joints 4 and 5 that are respectively provided on the front and rear ends of the block body. To grooves for bar arrangement, horizontal reinforcements 10 and vertical reinforcements 10' are arranged. When laying the blocks vertically, the protuberance 2 of the underlying block is fitted to the recessed part 3 of the overlying block with mortar applied and the blocks are tightly bonded therewith. When laying the blocks horizontally, the male joint 4 and the female joint 5 are joined together in series. Cavities formed by vertical laying of the blocks are then filled with ready-mixed concrete. By such method, waterproofness of a structure can be improved while volume of work to be executed at one time can be greatly increased.

[Prior art] Conventionally, as-formed concrete blocks are constructed by stacking joint mortar while applying EII in the front and back and up and down directions, or by fitting the blocks together without using joint mortar.
The method used is to fill the cavity of the rear block with ready-mixed concrete.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The method of placing joint mortar on the entire surface of the plate-shaped body tends to result in uneven heights, which requires skill and time to adjust, and furthermore, water in the joint area is likely to be uneven. This is likely to occur.

In addition, a simple fitting type may cause water leakage due to distortion of the product, and there is also a risk of collapse due to a disaster while filling the cavity with concrete. Grinding the entire part requires high costs.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a method for erecting reinforcing bars at regular intervals on a flat surface of concrete that will serve as the foundation or wall of a structure, and stacking concrete blocks thereon. Place the reinforcing bars that will become horizontal reinforcements on the four parts of the columnar part, fix them to the standing fir bars, fit the uneven parts on the front and rear of the concrete block, and join them to the concave parts of the protrusions on the top surface of the concrete block. Place mortar on top of it, fit it into the lower concave part of the concrete blocks to be stacked on top of it, and fix it tightly.Furthermore, the joint surfaces of the upper and lower blocks are ground to regulate the height, and after being stacked one by one, the concrete blocks are placed in the hollow part. This is a method of constructing a fitting block characterized by filling it with ready-mixed concrete.

Fig. 1 is a side view of the block, Fig. 2 is a plan view, Fig. 3 is a front view, and Fig. 4 is a bottom view. The height is adjusted by grinding 1', and the protrusions 2 are protruded from the inside by removing the columnar part. Also, there is a block M' inside the lower part of the block.
! A recess 3 into which the protrusion 2 fits during rolling is formed, and a projection 4 and a recess 5 are formed before and after the rolling to fit the concrete blocks in parallel. A concrete block with two horizontal reinforcement grooves 7 formed therein is constructed as shown in Figs. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 shows a cross section, where 1 is a columnar body, 2 is a protrusion, 6 is a columnar part, and 7 is a horizontal reinforcement 10 in a reinforcement groove. The vertical strips 10' are arranged and stacked. Also, fill the cavity 9 with fresh concrete. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the construction, showing the state of fitting as seen through the Ay-A section, which shows that it is fitted into the recess 13 of the block above the protrusion 2, and mortar is placed in each of the 8 spaces. Crimping the concrete blocks
Construction will be carried out while adjusting the height. It is also possible to finish the upper and lower parts of the construction volume 1 with decorative joints (outer joints), thereby filling the cavity 9 with ready-mixed concrete 4.

[Effect of the invention] When the fitted concrete blocks of the present invention are fitted and stacked, each protrusion fits into the recess of the stacked blocks, and mortar is placed in each space of the protrusion and crimped to increase the height. Unlike the usual case where a fixed amount of mortar is placed over the entire surface of a columnar body to adjust the There is less risk of collapse even in the event of a disaster that is expected to occur during the construction period, and not only is the shape easy to form, but the amount of construction can be greatly increased.
