[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a block for wall assembly. There have been various types of wall assembly blocks used for the main body of buildings, partitions within buildings, and earth retaining in developed areas, etc., but conventional ones are made by bonding individual blocks together with a binder such as cement mortar. This method requires skill to perform the work on site, requires water because it uses a binder, is not easy to work with, requires long-term curing, and is not in good condition. It was difficult to perform construction with high precision. In addition, in conventional systems, the connection of individual blocks depended on binders, which made them vulnerable to external forces, and the quality of construction accuracy directly affected the strength of the wall, making it difficult to build a strong wall. Reinforcement with reinforcing bars or the like is also required, resulting in decreased workability and increased costs. Furthermore,
In conventional blocks, the mutual positioning of the blocks in the vertical, horizontal, and thickness directions must be performed accurately, and a high level of skill is required for construction.

On the other hand, some proposals have been made in which grooves, concave and convex portions, etc. are provided on the surface of the blocks so that the mutual positioning of the blocks can be easily performed, but the positioning cannot always be performed accurately and the connection between the blocks is not strong enough to be practical. It was unbearable.

This invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional wall assembly blocks mentioned above, and allows walls to be constructed simply by combining individual blocks without using a binder such as mortar cement. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a completely new wall assembly block that can easily, quickly, and accurately construct a strong wall even if the wall assembly is not required.

The structure of this invention will be explained below based on an embodiment of this invention shown in the drawings. The wall assembly block according to this invention has a central part of a rectangular parallelepiped with a horizontal length c and a vertical length y. 1, and side portions 2, 2 integrally provided on both sides with a horizontal length c and having a shape to be described later, and the central portion 1 and the side portions 2 are as follows, respectively. It has the following structure. That is,
The side portion 2 has cutout portions 3, 3 by cutting the center portions of the upper and lower surfaces in the horizontal direction of the rectangular parallelepiped into an inverted trapezoidal shape on the upper surface and a trapezoidal shape on the lower surface, respectively. The length a of the bottom 4 is twice the length b of the extra length parts 5, 5 formed on both sides of the notches 3, 3, and the vertical length d is the height t of the trapezoid. The central part 1 is larger than the vertical length y of
has approximately the same thickness as the side parts 2,2. Note that the central portion 1 is sandwiched between a pair of side portions 2, 2, and the side portions 2, 2 are integrally formed so as to be displaced parallel to both the vertical and horizontal directions of the central portion 1. The portion where one end surface of the central portion 1 protrudes from one side end surface of the side portion 2 is connected to a side engaging piece 7,
The space created because the other side end surface of the center part 1 is retracted from the other side end surface of the side part 2 becomes a lateral engagement groove 8, and the upwardly protruding part of the center part 1 is formed in an upward direction. Engagement piece 9, the space below is a lower engagement groove 10

Tapers are provided on both sides of the upper engagement piece 9, and tapers that match the taper of the upper engagement piece 9 are provided on both sides of the bottom of the lower engagement piece 10. The side engagement pieces 7 and the side engagement grooves 8 are similarly provided with tapers that match each other.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and as shown in FIG. 7, a wall is constructed by combining individual blocks upward, left and right. That is,
Three blocks A, B, and C are placed in a line with the side engagement grooves 8 and the side engagement pieces 7 engaged, respectively, and the upper engagement piece 9 of the center part 1 of the center block B is placed in the middle block B. The lower engaging groove 10 of the block D is fitted into the upper notch 3 of the side part 2 of the block B.
When the extra length part 5 of the cutout part 3 is engaged, the extra length part 5 is half the length a of the bottom 4 of the cutout part 3, so there is another block E in the remaining space of the cutout part 3. The extra length 5 of the block E can be properly fitted, the lower engagement groove 10 of the lower part of the block E engages with the upper engagement piece 9 of the blocks B and C, and the lower engagement groove 10 of the block D engages with the upper engagement piece 9 of the blocks A and C. It engages with the upper engaging piece 9 of B, and is assembled in this manner. In this way, this block constructs a wall by sequentially engaging upwardly without using a binder, but since it also uses combinations of grooves and uneven parts, the vertical and horizontal gaps between the blocks are The positioning in the thickness direction is performed accurately and firmly, and an interlock effect works between the blocks, so that sufficient bonding strength can be obtained without using a binder. Note that if external pressure is applied to this wall, this interlocking effect will further increase and the bond will become stronger. Furthermore, since each engagement piece and engagement groove are tapered, each block can be engaged with each other more smoothly, and construction is extremely easy.

更に、ブロツク内には強度低下を招く結合の為

Furthermore, there are no cavities or the like for connections that would reduce strength, and the entire block can bear the load, making it possible to construct a stronger wall.

In this way, the wall assembly block according to this invention does not require the use of reinforcing members unlike conventional blocks, and even non-skilled workers can construct the wall extremely easily, quickly, with high precision, and strongly. Moreover, since no binder is used, no curing period is required on site, which has the effect of shortening the construction period and reducing costs.
