Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a paper soap exceedingly convenient of carrying and hygienic by dipping soft paper in soap solution, drying, cutting to a suitable shape and size and packing in container. CONSTITUTION:Suitable amount of sodium salt or ammonium salt of alkyl ether sulfate and aliphatic acid alkanolamide are added to about 29-37wt.% surfactant and further small amount of lemon juice, etc., is added to obtain a weak acidic aqueous solution. A soft paper is dipped in said aqueous solution, dried, cut to desired shape and size, then the resultant piece of paper is packed in a container.

(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Soaps have traditionally been used in solid, liquid, and powder forms on a daily basis. Although these soaps are widely used for home and business use, they are extremely inconvenient to carry around. Although it is possible to store the soaps in a container and carry them with you, there are problems such as the need to purchase and use the container separately from the soap itself, which is wasteful, making it difficult to use, especially for travelers. It is a hassle to take out the soap from the container each time, wash the container, etc. after each use, and then put it back into the container. They are also sometimes kept in unsanitary conditions.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Soft paper is sufficiently immersed in an aqueous soap solution and then dried to obtain paper soap, which is then cut into appropriate sizes and shapes. A predetermined number of cut paper soap pieces are stored in a simple bag-like body.

Alternatively, it is also possible to cut soft paper in advance into a predetermined usable arrow-shaped size, and then sufficiently soak them in an aqueous soap solution to obtain paper soap of a usable size immediately after drying.

(Function) If you carry the paper soap produced as described above in a bag and rub it with water as needed on your palm, the soaked soap will dissolve in the water and you can wash your hands and other desired areas. can. Dispose of the used paper soap as is. However, new paper soap can be taken out and used one after another as desired, and it is extremely convenient to use and portable, so if you carry it with you when you travel or go out, it will have a great effect. It is also ideal for washing the limbs, etc. of a patient on a hospital bed while lying down.

Approximately 6cm long and 4cm wide into 300ml of the synthetic detergent aqueous solution
Approximately 100 pieces of rectangular soft paper with a size of 300 m are soaked one after another, and after several hours they are taken out of the aqueous solution and dried. The 300 m of aqueous solution is absorbed by the soft paper, and the synthetic detergent is fully immersed in the soft paper. Ru. After drying, it is convenient to carry if the desired number of paper soaps 2 are stored in a transparent container 4 having an opening 6 in one direction as shown in FIG. 1.

Regarding the manufacturing method according to the present invention using soapwood without using synthetic detergents, soap is generally a general term for salts of higher fatty acids, and also includes salts of resin acids and naphthenic acids with similar properties. The soap used in the present invention is alkali of higher fatty acids (especially sodium,
Potassium) salt, called alkaline soap, water-soluble and used for cleaning.
