Claims (1)
- 有機溶剤からなる洗浄液を収容する洗浄槽と、
この洗浄槽内の洗浄液を前記洗浄槽へ導く配管と
、この配管を通して洗浄液を前記洗浄槽へ送出す
るポンプと、前記配管の途中に設けられ前記ポン
プにより送出される洗浄液を濾過するフイルタと
を備えた洗浄装置において、前記洗浄槽とフイル
タとの間に、前記洗浄液中に混入した不純液を吸
着する吸着剤を収容した不純液除去部を設け、こ
の不純液除去部を通過した洗浄液を前記フイルタ
を通して前記洗浄槽へ供給することを特徴とする
洗浄装置。
