Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and to prevent human initiated miss by storing positional data of a cushion pin to be made to project according to a metallic mold and connecting with a control unit transmitting switching signal to a solenoid valve corresponding to the cushion pin. CONSTITUTION:In the case of executing press-working by using the desired metallic mold, the necessary position data of the cushion pin 7 are automatically selected with the controller 22 and a switching signal is transmitted to the solenoid valve 16 corresponding to the cushion pin 7. The solenoid valve 16 is switched over with the switching signal, and at the time of introducing (supplied) pressurize oil into a cylinder head side chamber in a hydraulic cylinder 17 supplied from a pump 20 through a check valve 21, the hydraulic cylinder 17 is expanded against energized force of a compressed spring. By this method, only the necessary cushion pin 7 is pushed up and kept to projecting condition from a bolster plate 4 by the necessary quantity. Therefore, setting work of the cushion pin 7 at the time of exchanging the metallic mold, does not need the human labor and can be quickly and surely executed, and human initiated miss can be prevented.

Furthermore, FIG. 3 is a hydraulic circuit diagram of each of the hydraulic cylinders 17. Each hydraulic cylinder 17 is equipped with a compression spring 24 that biases the rod 18 in the direction of retraction, and the check valve is connected to the pump 20. Pressure oil supplied through 21 is connected to solenoid valve 1.
6, the hydraulic cylinder 17 is guided to the cylinder head side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 17, and the hydraulic cylinder 17 is expanded as necessary against the biasing force of the compression spring 24. Further, each of the solenoid valves 16 is connected to a control device 22 in which position data of the cushion pin 7 to be protruded according to the mold is stored in advance, and each of the solenoid valves 16 is controlled by a signal sent from the control device It is designed to switch the valve 16. In addition, in FIG. 3, 23 indicates a tank.

When performing press working using a desired mold, the position data of the cushion pin 7 required for the mold is automatically selected by the control device 22, and the position data of the cushion pin 7 corresponding to the cushion pin 7 is automatically selected from the control device 22. A switching signal is issued to the solenoid valve 16, which switches the solenoid valve 16, and when the pressure oil supplied from the pump 20 via the check valve 2I is guided to the cylinder head side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 17, the hydraulic pressure is increased. The cylinder 17 expands against the biasing force of the compression spring 24. As a result, only the cushion pin 7 is pushed up as necessary, and a state in which it protrudes the required amount from the bolster plate 4 is maintained (FIG. 1).

In this state, when pressing is performed on the corrugated material (not shown), the pressure of the guidance 2 is transmitted to the wrinkle presser (not shown) etc. via the extending hydraulic cylinder 17 and the cushion pin 7. As shown in FIG. 2, the solenoid valve 16 and hydraulic cylinder 17, which are arranged on the support frame 15 together with the cylinder body 12 of the guidance 2, are as shown in FIG.
The cylinder body 12 gradually descends by a stroke S to the end position of the downward stroke, and the cushion pin 7 that had been protruding from the bolster plate 4 is also moved into the bolster plate 4 in the same manner as the cushion pin 7 corresponding to the hydraulic cylinder 17 that is not extended. When the corrugated material sinks completely, the pressing of the corrugated material is completed.
