周面を横断し、前記周溝に嵌合し、両端が前記両
側面チエンにそれぞれ結合され、両側面チエンの
位置ずれを防止する固定周面チエンと、タイヤの
周面を横断し、一端が車体内側の前記側面チエン
に結合され、他端部が車体外側の前記側面チエン
に出入自在、抜出不能に嵌合して先端にフツクを
有し、滑り止め機能不要時には、前記周溝に嵌合
させてフツクを前記紐体に引掛けて止められ、滑
り止め機能使用時には、フツクを紐体から外し、
遠心力により周溝から飛出してタイヤの周面上に
位置する可動周面チエンとからなるタイヤチエン
