騒音が高く苦慮していた。 Next, the operation will be explained. High-temperature combustion gas from the burner section 1 exits from the combustion tube 5 to the back side of the wind tunnel A by the baffle plate 5a. This combustion gas is mixed with cold air from the propeller fan 9 to become hot air, which is blown into the room from the hot air outlet 12.
On the other hand, a part of the cold air from the prop fan 9 passes through the cold air wind tunnel B and blows out from the cold air outlet 14, and the rise of the warm air is suppressed and flows along the floor surface, reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower room temperatures. There is. Incidentally, the combustion noise generated from the burner section 1 passes through the combustion tube 5 together with high-temperature gas, reaches the wind tunnel A, hits the horizontal surface of the partition plate 6, and is emitted into the room from the hot air outlet 12 along with the air blown by the propeller fan 9. Therefore, the combustion noise caused a lot of noise, which was a problem.

とを目的としている。[Summary of the invention] This invention was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as mentioned above. The partition plate that separates the hot air wind tunnel and the cold air wind tunnel is arranged so that the part directly above the combustion tube is aligned with the horizontal plane. To provide an oil hot air heater whose back side is inclined at a predetermined angle to emit part of the combustion sound of a burner part to the back side of a casing, thereby reducing noise from a hot air outlet. It is an object.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Figures 3 and 4, numbers 1 to 15 indicate the first and second
Since the parts are the same as those shown in the figure, the explanation will be omitted. This invention is an improved mounting shape of the partition plate 6, in which a portion of the partition plate 6 directly above the combustion cylinder is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane so that its rear side is raised by a predetermined angle θ. That is, with this configuration, the combustion noise generated by the burner section 1 reaches the hot air wind tunnel A from the combustion tube 5, where it hits the partition plate 6 and is dispersed between the front side and the back side. Ru. Some of the combustion noise that was dispersed to the rear side was caused by the propeller fan 9.
The sound is emitted to the outside of the machine through a vent hole (not shown) in the rear panel 10a. Therefore, hot air outlet 12
The amount of combustion noise emitted from the heater is reduced, and the noise experienced by the human body while the heater is operating can be significantly reduced.

As described above, according to this invention, the part directly above the combustion tube of the partition plate that separates the hot air wind tunnel and the cold wind wind tunnel is tilted at a predetermined angle with the back side of the partition plate at a high angle with respect to the horizontal plane. A part of the combustion sound can be emitted to the rear side of the outside of the machine, which has the effect of significantly reducing the noise emitted from the hot air outlet and reducing the discomfort experienced by the human body.
