High-temperature combustion gas from the burner section 1 exits from the combustion tube 5 to the back side of the wind tunnel A by the baffle plate 5a. The high-temperature combustion gas in the wind tunnel A is mixed with the cold air from the propeller fan 9, becomes hot air, and is blown into the room from the hot air outlet 12. On the other hand, a part of the cold air from the propeller fan 9 passes through the cold air wind tunnel B and is blown out from the cold air outlet 14, thereby suppressing the rise of the warm air.

The wind speed is uneven, especially on the cold air outlet 14. Therefore, on the right side where the wind speed is high, the cold air strongly pushes the hot air downward, and the hot air is blown against the floor surface, so the floor surface temperature decreases. increases excessively,
There were drawbacks such as uneven room temperature distribution.

This idea was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and at the rear end of the partition plate that separates the hot air wind tunnel and the cold wind wind tunnel, an area is placed on the slow wind speed side of the propeller fan. By providing a wide guide plate and a narrow guide plate on the side where the wind speed is high, and installing a ventilation fence between these two guide plates, the amount of air guided to the cold air wind tunnel is uniform, and the warm air is blown. It is an object of the present invention to provide an oil hot air heater that can even out the room temperature distribution.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 3 and 4, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicate the same parts, and explanations thereof will be omitted. At the rear end of the partition plate 6 (propeller fan 9 side), there is a guide plate 16a with a large area on the side of the propeller fan where the wind speed is slow (on the right side in FIG. 4), and a guide plate 16b with a narrow area on the side where the wind speed is fast. is provided to equalize the amount of air guided to the cold air wind tunnel B. Reference numeral 16c denotes a blower fence installed between the guide plates 16a and 16b, which prevents the slow wind from the propeller fan 9 from sliding sideways and flowing toward the guide plate 16b, which has a higher wind speed. Thereby, the air blown from the propeller fan 9 can be uniformly guided into the wind tunnel B on the left and right sides.

When the cold air 17 with a high wind speed is strongly blown against the hot air 18, the trajectory of the hot air is pushed downward and hits the floor surface 19. There was a risk that the surface temperature would suddenly rise and the tatami mats etc. would be discolored, but according to the hot air trajectory of this invention shown in Fig. 6, the cold air 17a blown out from the cold air outlet 14 that is equalized left and right is the warm air 18a. Since the hot air 18a hits the floor surface 19a well, the temperature distribution near the feet is improved. Note that there is a risk of hot air 18 shown in Figure 5 depending on the ratio of cold air volume to hot air volume and the angle at which the cold air is blown, so the cold air volume should be about 20% of the hot air volume and the cold air blowing angle should be 25 degrees. .

As described above, according to this invention, a guide plate with a large area is provided on the slow wind speed side of the propeller fan at the rear end of the partition plate that partitions the hot air wind tunnel and the cold air wind tunnel.
A guide plate with a narrow area is installed on the side where the wind speed is faster, and a ventilation fence is erected between these two guide plates.
The air from the propeller fan can be guided uniformly into the wind tunnel on both sides, and the ventilation fence can prevent the cold air introduced into the cold air wind tunnel from sliding sideways from the slow wind speed side to the fast wind speed side. The blowing of the wind is made uniform, and as a result, the warm air flows across the floor surface, making the indoor temperature distribution uniform and providing comfortable warm air heating.
