[Technical background of the invention and its problems] As shown in Fig. 5, the elevator landing side entrance/exit frame, which is generally called a three-sided frame, has a gate on the floor of the elevator landing side entrance/exit opening in the wall 1 of the building. It is set upright and fitted into the shape. This structure consists of a pair of vertically long side frames 2, 2 which are arranged opposite to each other on the left and right sides, and a horizontally long upper frame 3 which is horizontally suspended and fastened to the upper ends of these side frames 2, 2. The opening surrounded from three sides by the side frames 2, 2 and the upper frame 3 is opened and closed by doors 4, 4 arranged on the rear side (on the hoistway side) of these frames.

The pair of left and right side frames 2 and upper frame 3 of the landing side entrance frame are each formed using thin stainless steel plates, and the side frames 2 have a roughly irregular lip groove shape in cross section as shown in FIG. , its inner plate 2a
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, an inverted L-shaped fastening metal fitting 5 is attached to the upper end of the back surface by welding or the like. As shown in FIG. 7, the upper frame 3 has a shape that is folded upward in a hook shape so that the front side (the end side) has a U-shaped cross section. 6 is fitted and fixed by welding or the like, and the left and right ends of the U-shaped portion 3a are closed.
This upper frame 3 has left and right ends connected to the above-mentioned both side frames 2, 2.
It is placed entirely on top of the upper end and is horizontally suspended by being fastened to the fastening fittings 5 with bolts and nuts 7. Note that the provision of the small corner pieces 6 at the left and right ends of the U-shaped portion 3a of the upper frame 3 and the placement of the left and right ends of the upper frame 3 entirely on the upper ends of both side frames 2, 2 depend on the material of each frame material. This is to simplify cutting, assembly, etc.

By the way, in the hall-side entrance/exit frame having the above configuration, when it is installed in the entrance/exit of the wall 1, the outer peripheral surfaces of the side frames 2, 2 and the upper frame 3 are on the wall surface 1a of the wall 1.
In other words, there is a part buried and hidden in the wall 1 and a part exposed on the front side, with the imaginary line shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 as the border, and the part exposed on the front side has a design quality. Because it is valued highly, it must be finished with a beautiful finish and careful attention to detail. For this reason, in the case of the entrance/exit frame on the landing side made of stainless steel plate having the above-mentioned structure, the visible parts of the left and right ends of the U-shaped part 3a of the upper frame 3 are problematic in terms of design, and after welding the small corner pieces 6, the welding This requires very troublesome and time-consuming work, such as smoothing of the parts and further surface finishing to match the surface condition of the side frame 2, such as hairline finishing with sandpaper, etc. There was a problem in that the cost was extremely high due to the use of expensive stainless steel plate material.

On the other hand, since the above-mentioned stainless steel plate materials are about 10 times more expensive than steel plates, recently SUS clad plywood 8, shown in Figure 8, has been developed as a material that guarantees the appearance performance and can reduce the material cost by about 30%. is commercially available. This is an extremely thin SUS layer 8a, 8 on the front and back sides.
b is made into a sandwich-like structure by providing an iron layer 8c in the middle core. If this plywood 8 is used to manufacture the landing side entrance/exit frame, the material cost can be significantly reduced and costs can be reduced. However, when this plywood 8 is used, as shown in Fig. 7 above, The iron layer 8c is visible at the left and right ends of the U-shaped portion 3a of the upper frame 3 where the small corner pieces 6 are provided, and the iron layer 8c is very unsightly due to poor coloring, etc., and is difficult to prevent. There were problems with rust, etc., and it was impossible to commercialize it.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the respective ends of the side frame 2' and the upper frame 3' shown in FIG.
It is conceivable that the pieces are cut at 45 degrees and then fastened by butting them together, but in this case, in order to obtain the inclined butted end faces of both the upper end of the side frame 2 and the left and right ends of the upper frame 3, it is necessary to cut a long piece. Since machining work on the end face of the object is required and accuracy of the inclination angle of the end face is required, the machining and finishing work is troublesome, and the butt angle, flushness, and butt alignment of both are troublesome. There are issues such as miniaturization and uniformity of the gaps between them that require highly skilled and highly skilled techniques and considerable effort during assembly.

[Summary of the invention] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the elevator landing side entrance/exit frame of this invention has cut grooves extending vertically in the front facing board near the left and right ends of the upper frame, and grooves on the inside of both sides of the frame. At the upper end of the board, leave a cut extending slightly backward from the front facing plate to form a notch step from the upper end with a depth corresponding to the vertical width of the upper frame, and these cut steps are connected to the front uncut portion. The left and right ends of the upper frame are mounted and fastened while the cut grooves fit together, so that the left and right end faces of the upper frame, which is a problem in terms of design, are hidden within the side frames and cannot be seen from the outside. It is something that becomes.

Here, in the figure, 12 is a pair of left and right side frames, 13 is an upper frame horizontally suspended on the upper ends of the left and right side frames, and these side frames 12 and upper frame 13 have a thickness of, for example, stainless steel
It is made of sheet metal with a thickness of approximately 1.5 to 2.0 mm, and its cross-sectional shape is similar to that shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. That is, the side frame 12 has a substantially irregular lip groove shape in cross section, and the upper frame 13 is folded upward into a hook shape so that the front side (the facing side) has a U-shaped cross section.

More specifically, the upper frame 13 has a horizontally long shape, and as shown in FIG. The top plate 13c is bent backward from the top end of the index plate 13b to form a hook-shaped cross section. A vertically long cut groove 13d is formed near the left and right ends of the index plate 13b of the upper frame 13. The cut groove 13d is appropriately wider than the thickness of the frame material, and has a depth that penetrates the facing plate 13b and slightly extends over the upper and lower side plates 13a and 13c. Note that 13e is a bolt hole formed near the left and right ends of the lower plate 13a.

On the other hand, the side frame 12 is vertically long, and as shown in FIG.
The outer plate 12c is bent further rearward from the outside of the inner plate 12b, the rear side plate is bent outward from the inner plate 12a side, and the outer plate is bent forward from the rear side plate (not shown). The cross section has a roughly irregular lip groove shape. A cutout step 12d is formed at the upper end of the inner plate 12a of the side frame 12. This cutout stepped portion 12d leaves an uncut portion 12e on the side of the inner plate 12a near the front facing plate 12b, and has a width approximately equal to the front-to-back width of the upper frame 13 at the rear thereof, and has a vertical width dimension of the upper frame 13 from the upper end. The front uncut portion 12e is formed to a depth corresponding to .
The width dimension is as small as possible (approximately 7 to 10 mm) within the range that allows for bending there than the board 12b.

For the upper ends of the pair of left and right side frames 12, first, cut grooves 13d near the left and right ends of the index plate 13b of the upper frame 12 are made as shown in FIG. the surface of the inner plate 12a of the side frame 12 and the upper frame 1.
3, the left and right ends of the upper frame 13 are attached to the side frame 1.
It is placed on the cutout step portion 12d of the inner plate 12a of No. 2. In this state, the lower plate 13a of the upper frame 13 is fastened to the fastening fitting 15 with bolts and nuts 7.
In this way, the upper frame 13 is suspended horizontally on the left and right side frames 12. The total length of the upper frame 13 is such that the left and right ends can fit inside the outer plate 12c of the side frame 12 without interfering with the inner side of the outer plate 12c when the upper frame 13 is assembled horizontally as described above, and the front curved surface is attached to the inner plate 12a of the side frame 12. Avoid the upper frame 13
In order to butt together the marking plates 13b of the upper frame 13 without any gaps,

Therefore, in the landing side entrance/exit frame configured as described above,
By simply forming a cutout step 12d in the upper part of the side frame 12 and a cut groove 13d in the upper frame 13, small square pieces can be welded to the left and right ends of the upper frame, and the welded surfaces can be smoothed and smoothed, as shown in FIG. There is no need for troublesome work such as surface finishing, and there is no need to ensure high processing accuracy such as cutting the ends diagonally and butting them together as shown in Figure 9, making the manufacturing work very easy. . Further, when fastening the side frame 12 and the upper frame 13, the cut groove 13d and the uncut portion 12e are fitted together,
The inner plate 12a of the side frame 12 and the index plate 1 of the upper frame 13
3b aligns the two, making the assembly work easy and convenient. Furthermore, during assembly, the left and right ends of the upper frame 13 extend to a position close to the outer plate 12c of the side frame 12, so that it serves as a receptacle for finishing material, such as mortar, on the wall surface 1a of the wall 1, as in the conventional product, and serves as a receptacle for the finishing material, such as mortar, on the wall surface 1a of the wall 1. Installation is possible without any problems with assembly.

In addition, in the assembled and installed state, the visible portion located in front of the wall surface 1a of the wall 1 on the left and right end faces of the upper frame 13 is the facing plate 12b of the side frame 12 and the outside plate 12.
The side frame 12 is completely hidden inside surrounded by c, and only the upper end surface of the side frame 12 is exposed. In other words, the only cross section of the frame material that is exposed to the outside is the upper end surface of the side frame 12, and this part is far higher than the human eye in an actual elevator hall and cannot be seen at all. Therefore, it has a very good design in terms of appearance. For this purpose, an inexpensive

[Effects of the invention] As described above, this invention forms cut grooves extending vertically in the front facing plate near the left and right ends of the upper frame, and cuts from this front facing plate into the upper ends of the inner plates of the both side frames. Form a notched step portion with a depth corresponding to the vertical width of the upper frame from the upper end by leaving the cut slightly backward,
Since the left and right ends of the upper frame are mounted and fastened in a state where the front uncut portion and the cut groove fit into these notch step parts, the left and right end surfaces of the upper frame, which is a problem in terms of design, are fixed. Since it is hidden inside the side frame and cannot be seen from the outside, it eliminates the troublesome work of welding the left and right ends of the upper frame, smoothing the welded surface, and finishing the surface, as well as the high precision work of the butt end faces. There are no problems with processing and assembly using advanced technology, and there are no problems even with the use of inexpensive materials such as SUS clad plywood. It is easy to manufacture and assemble, and has an excellent external appearance of exposed parts and reduces costs. This will be the entrance/exit frame on the landing side.
