動計量し難い製品で、これらは末だ人手により計
量されているものが多い。最近、これがための自
動計量製置も考案されているが、精度のバラツキ
が大なることから十分な成果が挙がつていない。

本考案は如上の点に鑑み工夫開発されたもので
あつて、その特徴とするところは漏斗状ホツパー
の縮径部を下方となして堅方向に配設し、内部に
計量用スクリユーを設け、該計量用スクリユー軸
を駆動手段で回動が行われるようになさしめると
共に、パルス測定器やタイマー手段などによつて
計量用スクリユーの適宜必要な回転制御が行われ
るようなさしめ、該回転で計量カツプに対するホ
ツパー内被充填物の圧縮計量押出しを行い、且つ
上記ホツパー縮径部下方にはホツパー縮径部の内
径より大ならしめるほか、上縁に断面L状の鍵段
を有する透孔の穿設された定盤を固定板上で水平
方向の摺動可能状態に設け、一方異なる巾寸法の
鍔片を備えると共に上記ホツパー縮径部と同一寸
法以上の径となした複数の計量カツプを上記透孔
内へ脱着可能に設け、他方該摺動面上と直交する
上方で且つホツパーと隣接する位置に押出しシリ
ンダーを下向きに配設し、該ピストン杆端には計
量カツプの水平断面形と同等の皿板を取付け、上
記定盤の摺動と連動して計量カツプ内の被充填物
を上方から押出されるように構成したことにあ
る。

管軸8が中間歯車9,10を介し歯車11が回動
されることにより行われる。このさい、12はそ
の回動を断続させるためのクラツチである。

してなる。こゝに定盤14内にはホツパー1の縮
径部Rより大なる径を有する透孔17が穿設され
てなり、該透孔には第3図A,Bに示す如き内径
r,r′…の異なる計カツプ18,18′…が脱着
自在に嵌合するようになされるのである。Sは上
記嵌合を便利ならしめるべく定盤14側に於ける
透孔17の周縁に設けしめた断面L字状の鍵段で
あり、これに対し計量カツプ18,18′…の側
には該鍵段Sと係合を可能ならしめるべく異なる
巾寸法の鍔片p,p′…が設けてある。

ー3の駆動による支軸5の回動で計量用スクリユ
ー2がホツパー1内の被充填物を縮経部Rから計
量カツプ18内に押圧状態に充填するのである。

(第4図A参照)この移動中、計量カツプ18内
の被充填物は圧搾状態で充填されていることから
自然落下することはない。次に該シリンダー19
の停止と連動して上記押出しシリンダー19を作
動させ、皿板21を垂直方向に下降させて計量カ
ツプ18の被充填物を上方から下方に向けて押圧
して落下させるようになすのであり、これにより
被充填物はフアンネル22を経て袋23内に投入
されるものとなるのである。(第4図B参照) 上記計量カツプ18内の被充填物が落下すると
押出しシリンダー19の皿板は上昇されるのであ
り、あと引続いて今1つのシリンダー15が逆方
向に作動して定盤14を矢印ロ方向に移動させ、
該定盤14内の計量カツプ18がホツパー1の縮
径部R下方位置に到達すると停止させるのであ
る。これらの移動及び停止は図示しないリミツト
スイツチ或は光電管スイツチなどを使用して自動
的に行われるようになつている。

与すること極めて大なるものである。

に断面L状の鍵段を有する透孔の穿設された定盤
を固定板上で水平方向の摺動可能状態に設け、一
方異なる巾寸法の鍔片を備えると共に上記ホツパ
ー縮径部と同一寸法以上の径となした複数の計量
カツプを下記透孔内へ脱着可能に設け、他方該摺
動面上と直交する上方で且つホツパーと隣接する
位置に押出しシリンダーを下向きに配設し、該ピ
ストン杆端には計量カツプの水平断面形と同等の
皿板を取付け、上記定盤の摺動と連動して計量カ
ツプ内の被充填物を上方から押出されるように構
成したことを特徴とする計量装置。
