Abstract

PURPOSE:To apply decoration finish to an extruded plate for enabling the use thereof as a finish material by constituting a heater panel with an extruded aluminum plate having a heater housing part elongated in an extruding direction and a heater housed therein. CONSTITUTION:A panel body 1 is made of an aluminum plate extruded in an arrow direction. In manufacturing the aluminum extruded plate 1, a die is used to form a long hole 2 thereon. The diameter of the hole 2 is made somewhat larger than heater diameter and a heater 3 is housed within the hole 2. In order to keep uniform temperature within the panel 1, the pitch of the hole 2 is selected to be within 100mm. Also, the upper surface of the extruded plate 1 is made flat, and the heater housing part 2 is provided on the lower surface of the plate 1 and filled with an insulation material 4. As a result, the surface heat generation condition of the flat surface can be kept good. The extruded plate 1 when applied with various types of decoration, becomes a finish material having beautiful appearance. As the panel body 1 is made of aluminum, the heat conductivity thereof is good and temperature within the panel 1 becomes uniform. Consequently, a heater panel free from deformation due to heat can be obtained.

In order to obtain such a surface heating state, for example, in the case of a floor surface, a sheet heating sheet is laid under the floor finishing material, and the sheet is covered with a desired finishing material. In the case of wall heating or ceiling heating, after installing a sheet heater, the finishing material is covered over it.

(Function) The heater panel of the present invention has an extruded aluminum plate as its main body. The location for housing the heater is also formed at the same time as the panel is extruded. If various decorations are applied to this extruded board, it can be used as a finished material with excellent aesthetic appearance. In addition, since the panel body is made of aluminum, it has good thermal conductivity and has greater heat resistance than conventional resins, which ensures uniform temperature within the plane and prevents deformation such as warping due to heat.

The openings 2 can be easily formed by attaching a die having the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 1 to the processing machine used when manufacturing the aluminum extruded plate I. In addition,
Needless to say, the diameter of the opening 2 is slightly larger than the diameter of the heater, so that the heater can be inserted therein.

Further, the number of holes 2 to be formed is not limited to two as shown in the figure, but may be an appropriate number depending on the relationship with the required amount of surface heat generation. Although the distance between the two is not particularly limited, it is not preferable to exceed 100 in order to equalize the temperature within the panel surface.

In Figure 2, the top surface of the aluminum extrusion plate 1 is flat,
The heater panel is shown in which the heater storage section 2 is formed on the lower surface. In this case, the heater storage section 2 can be embedded in the heat insulating material 4. In this way, wasteful radiation of heat generated by the heater can be prevented.
As a result, the surface heating state of the flat surface can be maintained well, which is preferable.

FIG. 3 shows that the heater panels 1 are connected to each other at the sides,
This is a plan view showing a state in which the heaters 3 in the heater housings of each heater panel are connected in series to each other at the ends of the heater housing 2, and the heaters at both ends are connected to a power source, so that a large-area heater panel is assembled as a whole. be. Such a large-area heater panel can be constructed, for example, by using the heater panel shown in FIG. 2 as shown in FIG. They can be assembled by interlocking them with a clearance corresponding to the thermal expansion during the time.

FIG. 5 shows that by combining two of these heater panels and using a heater with low heat generation, for example,
This is a schematic diagram when used as a bed linen or linen drying rack. Moreover, FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram when a pedestal 1 is assembled to the lower part and used as a bench in a waiting area. In all of these cases, even if a certain amount of weight is applied to the top surface, the material is aluminum and the grooves are formed in the extrusion direction, so the mattress will not be destroyed by the weight of the mattress or the person.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the heater panel of the present invention has a structure including an extruded aluminum plate having a plurality of heater housings extending in the extrusion direction, and an aluminum extrusion plate having a plurality of heater housings extending in the extrusion direction. Since it consists of a housed heater, by performing decorative construction on this extruded aluminum plate,
This itself can function as a finishing material. Moreover, since it is made of aluminum, thermal deformation such as warping does not occur when heat is generated.
