Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 合成樹脂フイルムまたはシートからなる基
    材層、アンチモン含有酸化錫を含む導電性微粒子
    を合成樹脂に混入した導電層、および合成樹脂か
    らなる表面層を、順次積層してなる制電性フイル
    ムまたはシートにおいて、導電層は合成樹脂１０
    ０重量部に対し導電性微粒子を５０〜３００重量
    部含有する厚さ０．３〜３μｍの層であり、かつ
    該導電層の両界面に凹凸の深さが０．０５〜１μ
    ｍ、凹凸の幅が０．１〜２μｍの微細な凹凸を有
    することを特徴とする制電性フイルムまたはシー
    ト。 (2) 微細な凹凸の個数が、界面において１０μ
    ｍの長さ当り１０〜５０ケを有することを特徴と
    する請求項第１項記載の制電性フイルムまたはシ
    ート。 (3) 導電層の表面固有抵抗が１０４〜１０８Ω
    である請求項第１項もしくは第２項記載の制電性
    フイルムまたはシート。 (4) 表面層の厚さが０．５〜３μｍである請求
    項第１項、第２項もしくは第３項記載の制電性フ
    イルムまたはシート。 (5) 合成樹脂フイルムまたはシートからなる基
    材層が軟質塩化ビニルであることを特徴とする請
    求項第１項、第２項、第３項もしくは第４項記載
    の制電性フイルムまたはシート。
