Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve shape accuracy, surface roughness and surface accuracy by individually manufacturing plate-like frame part forming pieces and blocks for forming profile surface having height lower than that of the frame part forming piece and integrally assembling the frame part forming pieces and the blocks for forming the profile surface. せてゆるやかにわん曲させた表面(21)を持つブロッ
ク(22)に放電加工によってタイヤモールドの骨部に
対応する形状の溝(23)を形成し、これに枠部品(2
4)をねじ(25)等により取付けてタイヤモールド骨
部のマスターモデルを製作するという方法が採用されて
いた。ところがこのような従来法においては、幅が狭く
しかも袋形状となった溝(23)を放電加工により形成
する必要があるため、加工安定性が悪く骨部形状の精度
や面粗度が低下し易い欠点があった。また面粗度の低下
によって磨き加工時間が長くかかるうえに溝幅によって
は慶き加工が困難で底面のアール部(26)がだれ易い
欠点があり、特に溝(23)をαだけ傾けて加工する必
要のある場合には位置精度及び深さ精度が悪化し易い欠
点があった。

く支障を生じることのないタイヤモールド骨部のマスタ
ーモデルの製作方法を目的として完成されたものである

極めて大である。
