Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of the temperature of hot air in a constant temperature bath from being caused, by a method wherein a temperature distribution control plate composed of two steel sheets which have a plurality of through holes arranged regularly on their surfaces and which are superposed on each other in a relatively deviable manner is disposed in the flow path of hot air. CONSTITUTION:Hot air 14 whose temperature is controlled by a heater 4 is converted into hot air 8 having a certain preset temperature by a stirring fan 3, and its flow direction is controlled by an inclined plate 5 for directional control so that the hot air passes through a temperature distribution control plate 20. The temperature distribution control plate 20 consisting of two steel sheets 18 and 19 allows their relative position to change so as to vary the overlapping degree of their respective through holes 18a and 19a, thereby adjusting the quantity of air flowing into a bath. The hot air which has passed through the temperature distribution control plate 20 is turned into hot air 22 and 23 and the like with the desired air quantity and, after passing through a lower porous steel plate 7, is converted into the hot air 14 to be cycled again. According to this constitution, the fluctuation of a temperature can be prevented, and increase or decrease in the quantity of air directed to every part of the interior of a constant temperature bath can be easily changed.
