[発明が解決しようとする問題点]
連続鋳造用ルツボには成品の引出方法により二つの型が
あり、竪型ルツボの場合は、ルツボ底より成品を引き出
すため側壁にダイス、冷却ジャケットがなく、従来の高
周波加熱コイルでルツボ全体を囲み均一に加熱すること
ができる。しかし横型ルツボの場合は、側壁より水平方
向に成品を弓き出すため、ダイス、冷却ジャケットが邪
魔になり、加熱コイルはルツボ下部まで囲むことができ
