定部を、ドアトリムを貫通させ且つ前記シートベ
ルト貫通孔を介して車室側に露出する位置に配置
し、前記固定部を締結部材でドアインナパネル側
に固定した状態で、固定部を前記シートベルト貫
通孔に装着するベルトベゼルにより覆う構成とし
たこと、を特徴とする車両のアシストグリツプ取
