Abstract

PURPOSE:To selectively eliminate an unnecessary part by activating an adhesive agent by heating and sticking an unnecessary part of an adhesive sheet to a peeling use sheet and peeling it off from peeling paper together with the peeling use sheet. CONSTITUTION:Peeling paper 4 is laminated on the surface of an adhesive mass layer 2 of an adhesive sheet A provided with the adhesive mass layer 2 on the surface of a base material 1, and the adhesive sheet A is cut into a desired shape at a cut line 3. Subsequently, a molten thermoweldable adhesive agent 5 is applied onto the surface of the base material of an unnecessary part 13, cooled and solidified, and thereafter, the applied surface is covered with a peeling use sheet 6, and the applied surface is heated and pressed by a heat roll 7 from the upper face of the peeling use sheet 6. Accordingly, the thermoweldable adhesive agent 5 is melted, and when it is cooled and solidified, the peeling use sheet 6 and the unnecessary part 13 are stuck. When the peeling use sheet 6 is removed after this thermoweldable adhesive agent 5 is cooled and solidified, the unnecessary part 13 is separated from the surface of the peeling paper 4. In such a way, the unnecessary part can be eliminated selectively.

By the way, unnecessary parts other than characters and figures are removed from release paper manually. Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 78381/1983 describes that in the case of pasting by pasting and transferring, an auxiliary material is applied to the surface of the main body of the plate, and the side material is used to adhere to the adherend. This involves temporarily gluing the cutout to the board through a glue layer with weak adhesive strength on the mount, and applying paulownia wood, which has stronger adhesive strength than the glue layer, onto the board to attach the cutout. It is.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, manually removing unnecessary portions of the adhesive sheet cut out with characters, figures, etc. from the release paper surface requires a large amount of work and time, and especially when discontinuous parts are removed. This task becomes even more troublesome when there are many independent parts. Also, JP-A-59-78
In the method of manufacturing a cutout and pasting board described in Publication No. 381, the unnecessary cutout portion is already removed, and the remaining cutout and pasting is removed from the board itself! ! This method involves applying paulownia wood for adhesion to a surface, and since it is applied to the entire surface without distinguishing between text and figures and other parts, it cannot be applied as a means for selectively removing unnecessary parts.

The gist of the present invention is to laminate a release paper on the adhesive layer surface of an adhesive sheet with an adhesive layer on the back side of the base material, and to cut out unnecessary parts of the adhesive sheet by making cutouts in a desired shape. A molten heat-sealing adhesive is applied to the surface of the base material, and after the heat-sealing adhesive is cooled and solidified, a release sheet is coated in the direction of application, and the unnecessary portion is removed by heating and pressing the release sheet. The present invention relates to a method for partially peeling a sheet-like article, characterized in that the adhesive sheet is adhered to a peeling sheet, and then the peeling sheet is peeled off together with an unnecessary portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.

In FIG. 1, a release paper 4 is laminated on the second side of the adhesive layer of an adhesive sheet A which has an adhesive layer 2 on the surface of a base material L, and the adhesive sheet A has a cut edge 3 to form characters, figures, etc. Cut into desired shape. Reference numeral 12 is a character or graphic portion having a desired shape, and reference numeral 13 is an unnecessary portion of 4 that should be peeled off. After applying the molten heat-sealing adhesive 5 to the surface of the base material in the unnecessary portion 13 and cooling it to solidify, as shown in FIG. The coating surface is heated and pressed while moving the heat roll 7 in the direction of the arrow. As a result, the heat-sealing adhesive 5 is melted, and when it is cooled and solidified again, the release sheet 6 and the unnecessary portion 13 are adhered. After the heat-fusion adhesive 5 is cooled and solidified, the release sheet 6 is removed as shown in FIG. 3, and the unnecessary portion 13 is separated from the release paper 4.

In order to heat and press the release sheet coated on unnecessary parts from the top surface, as shown in the above example, there is a method of pressing the release sheet from the top surface while rolling with a hot roll. There is a method of blowing hot air from the top surface to melt the heat-sealable adhesive, and then pressing it while rolling a cooling roll. Furthermore, if a thermal head linked with CAD is used, unnecessary parts can be automatically heated and pressed.
