The first pedestal support (I-f) is difficult to adjust the height of the pedestal, and requires a specialist in flooring to begin the carpet work, but the part at the end of the room is very difficult to adjust. ! etc., it takes a considerable amount of time and 117 minutes. The panels that support the 11ξ span of the pond, approximately 500 am, are often made of high-strength GRC or die-cast aluminum, but the manufacturing precision is strict, they are thick to prevent warping, and their own weight is 25 to 30 kg/m. 'It's quite boring and the cost is also the highest.

The next lower U and 11 floor types are easy-to-install types in which the carpet tiles are integrated with the floor structure, but they are made by extrusion molding of hard vinyl and are not separated in the extrusion direction. It may be a bending movement to adapt to the unevenness, but it is biased in one direction. Also, if the point of contact with the floor is made of hard vinyl, it will rattle or make a cracking sound when you walk on it.
A thin sheet of foamed polyethylene must be laid over the entire floor as a base. However, since the floor panel rests on the foam sheet, there is a drawback that the panel may shift during use.

In addition, since there is no rib on the π7 cross section side, the height can be made larger, or on the side in the orthogonal direction, the notch can only be shallow and short due to strength reasons, and the effective height is about half of the total height. In addition, the notches waste material, and since they are processed manually, the cost is high, and the number of notches cannot be obtained in equal numbers. In the case of wiring, the notches are arranged alternately, so in the end, the part with the least amount is The n effect is only for the notch. In addition, in order to make types with different heights, it is necessary to change the extrusion thickness of the 11 Solasnack.

The next block, ■Floor Turf, is a geta-leg floor type with no directionality, but it has the same drawbacks as the geta-leg type. Due to the inferior strength of the material (fat), the height of the ribs becomes larger and the effective height for wiring is compared to the total height. Of course, when manufacturing types with different heights, the molding metal must also be changed.

In both types of conventional technology, in which the horizontal and vertical support parts are made of the same material, the use of T4 material is inappropriate, so the thickness of the horizontal part other than 7 is about 411 mm, and the weight is 15 g.

The split body type has a structure in which approximately 5 cm square psycho-mouth shaped morsir connected by one muhi sheet of the formwork is placed on the floor, so it is easy to follow the unevenness of the C1 floor and has a solid walking feel. but,
Its own weight is about 30Kg/m', which makes it worth the effort. Moreover, since the carpet tile does not blend well with the surface of the mortar covered with the PVC sheet, the carpet tile that has just been laid rises to some extent when walking, the sound of hitting the mortar flock is heard, and the carpet tile laid on top is also likely to shift. The floor of the pond is mostly made of mortar, so there is only a small space for wiring. In addition, since it is manufactured by filling mortar, it takes time to harden and the workability is poor. 2 construction,
Transportation and inventory costs are quite high. On top of that,
At the site, once the crack 1r has been created, the construction cost will be high if the L-heavage tile is used.

Ait&'s aluminum flooring type has a 1411 straight die-cast structure with 9 legs, so if the floor is uneven or large, the 111 cannot be adjusted just by attaching the legs and it will become unstable. However, there is an additional cost to smooth the base. The pond's floorboards are slatted, so they don't blend well with the carpet tiles, making a slapping sound when you walk on them.

However, "ltl!" is light at about 10 kg/m' and has electromagnetic shielding properties that separate the room and the wiring space, but it is not easy to install as with the side floor type,
It is a pre-installation type where only the floor is made first. Since expensive aluminum is used, the cost of the material is very high even if it is made into a slatted shape, and construction costs are high because it is difficult to drill and cut holes on site.

Before these five wiring floor structures, ancient floors only had to be heavy but stable. However, the information age demands flexibility from floors, and we must create floors that meet the contradictory conditions of lightness and stability that can be easily lifted and moved.

The biggest bottleneck in 11th wiring floor is that the IIIi rating is high. In order to overcome this, we need to use only materials with low cost, in a form that is suitable for HT production, and use the smallest amount of materials, and in order to drastically reduce transportation costs and construction costs, we need to use simple materials that are easy to construct. Ideally, it would be a one-bed type that is easy to process on-site.

The problem is the usability of pedestrians who can't decide where to walk on T1i14. IfJ is mainly used in offices etc.
I <For an adult, approximately 6r) II adult foot width; If you support it at the lower fulcrum, your feet will always be supported directly from the floor,
It will be closer to the feeling of walking on the original floor, L. In that case, the load on the floor slab will be reduced, and the deflection will be minimized, allowing it to be made thinner and lighter. In addition, the ground contact area of the caster legs of a chair is smaller than that of a human foot, but whereas humans walk by walking with one foot on the other hand, tRP & two-seat lifts are divided into four. In addition to this, recently, 5-legged roller types have become popular to prevent rolling fins, so they flex less than walking fins.

The floor panel according to the present invention has a planar shape or small 11 mm legs with two-dimensional curved or two-dimensional straight cross-section legs at least 1 ja2 in the four corners so that the distance between them is equal to or less than the width of an adult's foot. (Square)": Either the V-plates are separated with their four opposing sides aligned, or they are partially connected so that they can be bent, or their sides are all connected in a groove-like manner with thin T4, or a combination thereof. The whole is made into a large square shape that is the sum of the small squares mentioned above, and is pasted on the back side of a 5-shaped flexible flooring material that is the same size or slightly larger. The gap between the base floor surface and the l'Ilt!i formed by arranging a large number of wires is used as a wiring space 12 to form a horizontal extension that raises the floor by 11.

When it comes to a system for replacing flooring materials in any direction, a square floor panel system is rational, and in Japan, 500m5+ square carpet tiles are already being used as flooring for offices in terms of sound absorption, heat insulation, and design. As a result, the number of people in Japan is increasing significantly. This carpet tile does not expand or contract in size even with fRIK, and is flexible enough to adapt to most uneven floors.

This is the largest 10mm round cable for signal Ethernet. Therefore, the minimum height required for the wiring is 20 mm, which is the minimum height that the 10 mm circles can intersect. Assuming that the width is enough to pass four of the above-mentioned cables, 40 cables are sufficient for practical use, as it can also pass through a pond.

The total heights of 21 m+n and 22 mm of the two embodiments of the invention are 1ifl range of low, which was not possible with the prior art. The side floor type is made of a thin iron plate lid, but Mortar Pro Tsuku will break and become unusable if it is thinned to 20 mm.The slatted floor type, which is relatively thin, also has a gap between the legs that is larger than the width of the legs. Due to the weakness of the aluminum material and the use of slats, the thickness of the horizontal members including the lip is quite thick at 15+am.

In the conventional technology, even with geta legs and block leg type R11 beds, the distance between the legs was long and uneven, so a foam sheet was laid to prevent rattling, but the embodiment of the present invention has a flexible Due to the blade-like tip of the material and the long history of the paper tube, there is a natural stiffness and notation, and there is no noise, so there is no need for extra work such as laying a sheet. The pond is divided into small sections, so if the floor is uneven and there are some parts that are a little floating, as you use it, it will naturally sag under its own weight and correct itself so that it follows the floor. In addition,) i
-The legs sometimes get crushed due to the jar, but it can be easily repaired by replacing just the split part.
