本発明は、押出成形によって製造された押出中空パネル
建材を建物の躯体や壁面等に縦張りする場合に用いる取

【従来の技術1
従来、一般に建築物等の外装に用いる石材1人造石、結
晶化ガラス等の施工には第5図に示す構造が用いられ、
その取付金具は第6図に示すようなアングル23、接続
金具24から構成されている。
このような従来の石材の取付構造は次の通りである。
第5図、第6図に示すように、躯体のコンクリート壁2
1に取りつけたアンカーボルト22にアングル23を取
付け、そのアングル23に接続金具24を取付ける。石
材などの外装材25にはダボピン26の入る穴27を開
けておき、接続金具24のダボピン孔28と外装材25
のダボ穴27にダボピン26を通し、外装材25を上か
ら下へ押下げて取付ける。仕上げ面(外装材の外表面)
の出入りの調整のため、接続金具24は、ボルト通し穴
29及びダボピン孔28がそれぞれルーズホールになっ
ていて、目地幅及び外装材表面の出入りを調整すること
ができる。また、外装材側のダボ穴27には、エポキシ
樹脂や速硬セメント等を注入して、ダボピン26を固定
する。外装材1枚についてほとんどの場合、この取付金
具により上下2箇所づつを建築物の躯体などに取付ける
。
この石材を用いた外装取付構造と同様の構造な押出中空
パネル建材の縦張りに応用した場合2外装用中空パネル
や窯業系の中空パネル等では、中空孔を設けであること
、および軽量化するために薄肉としであることなどから
縦張りの端面にダボ穴を設けることができない。
また、押出中空パネル建材は地震等の震動や衝撃が加わ
ると、中空パネルに亀裂が発生したりするおそれがある
。
また石材等ではダボピンを固定するためにエポキシ樹脂
や速硬セメントなダボ穴内に注入するが、中空パネル建
材を縦張りする場合、このようなことはできない。
【発明が解決しようとする課題J
以−Fに述べたような、一般に広く利用されている石材
を躯体に取付ける金具を、押出中空パネル建材を縦張す
る施工に利用する場合2押出中空パネル建材では中空孔
があり肉薄であるためにダボピンの固定ができない。
本発明は以−トの問題点を除去した押出中空パネル建材
のダボピン取14金物を提供することを目的とする。
1課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は押出中空パネル建材を縦張りする場合に用いる
ダボピン取付金物であって、次の(イ)、(ロ)から構
成されている。
(イ)押出中空パネル建材の中空孔に嵌挿し中空孔内壁
に弾性的に密着すると共にパネル建材の端面に係止する
耳を有するU字形板ばね9(ロ)11字形叛ばねのU7
内に収納されU字底部でこれと結合され、ダボピン挿入
孔を備え、側面にパネル取付用ボルト孔を穿設してなる
取付金具とからなるブロック。
[作用」
本発明の取イ4金物は押出中空パネル建材の中空孔内に
弾性的に固定されているので、中空パネルにダボピンか
ら伝わる力が分散される。従って。
中空パネル建材のダボピンの周囲の部分が破損すること
が防止される。
ダボピンを固定するために、従来使われているエポキシ
樹脂、あるいは速硬セメント等の使用量が石材などの場
合とほとんど同じですむ。
施工時には中空パネル建材の中空孔に本発明の取付金物
を挿入するだけでよく、ほかに難しい操作も必要とせず
特定の職人も必要と゛しない。
〔実施例]
第1図〜第3図に本発明のダボピン取付金具の実施例を
示した。
第1図は押出中空パネル建材lに取りつける萌の分解図
である。第2図はダボピン取付金物の実施例、第3図は
取りつけられた図を示し、第4図はパネル取付要領の全
体図である。
押出中空パネル建材lは、中空セラミックスパネルであ
って、縦2000rnm、幅300 m m、厚み26
rnrnで中空孔が9個あり、各部の肉厚が約6rnr
n程度である。
この中空パネル建材lにダボピン取付金物をねじ止めす
るための孔20を対応する位置に開けておく。
中空パネル建材1の金物を取りつけるべき位置の中空孔
2に、脱落防止金具31を挿入する。この脱落防止金具
31は、中空孔2内に遊嵌する機幅の薄j′lil扱等
であって、その中間部には中空孔の壁に接触するように
ひだを付すように折り曲げであり、その全長は中空パネ
ル建材の高さとほぼ等しく、両端部近傍には長孔32を
・設けて、ダボピン取付金物の止めねじがこの長孔を通
るようにしておく。若し万一、中空パネル1が衝突など
によって破損してもこの脱落防止金具31が上下のダボ
ピン取付金具と連結されているので、中空パネル1の脱
落と防止するものである。
次にU字形板ばね11とブロック16とから成るダボピ
ン固定金1を矢印18の方向に・中空孔2に嵌入する。
このとき板ばねitは中空孔2の側壁に弾性的に密着す
、ると共にその両耳12は中空パネルlの端面の中空孔
2の縁に係止する。止めねじ19を孔20を通ってダボ
ピン取付金物のねじ孔17にねじ込み固定する。押出中
空バネル建材の上下各2カ所にダボピン取イ・1金物を

ボピン14に躯体取付金具を係着する。すなわち、ダボ
ピン挿入孔にダボピン14を差し込み、エボギシ樹脂等
の接着剤でダボピン14を固定する。このダボピン14

接する中空パネルを互いに接合する。
本発明のダボピン取付金物を用いると押出中空パネル建
材の躯体への取付施工が至って簡単にできる。
〔発明の効果J
本発明によれば、押出中空パネル建材なU築物の躯体に
容易に取付けることかでき、震動、衝撃その他の荷重に
