の均一性は装飾性の安定化の為には非常に重要である。(Conventional technology) In order to improve the decorativeness of the surface (imparting three-dimensional effect, shine, and reflection), glass beads or transparent plastic beads are coated on the surface of the adherend, thereby improving the decorativeness of the surface. (Improved three-dimensional effect, shine, and Ugetsu reflective properties). However, in the case of bead coating, conventionally a transparent adhesive was applied to the adherend and the beads were adhered through this adhesive layer. The uniformity of the thickness of the adhesive layer for this adhesion is very important for stabilizing the decorative properties.

However, the decorativeness is impaired due to insufficient or excessive adhesive layer.

め、設備が大型化するという問題があった。Furthermore, if the adherend has a curved surface such as a sphere, it is not possible to apply the adhesive to a uniform thickness by spraying or brushing, resulting in poor adhesion and variations in appearance. Because it took time for the adhesive to harden, the beads on the curved surface would slip, making it impossible to coat the entire surface at once, and requiring a long working time. Furthermore, in order to attach beads to a curved surface, the beads must be scattered from various directions, which poses a problem of increasing the size of the equipment.

Then, apply this bead coated hot melt film 8.
The hot melt film 8 is thermally welded to the adherend A by polymerizing it to the adherend A.

As shown in FIG. 9, the hot melt film 8 is softened by the heat of the beads 9a and the beads 9a are attached to the hot melt film 8, thereby forming a bead layer 9 on the hot melt film 8. After the hot melt film 8 is cooled, the release paper 13 is peeled off from the hot melt film 8 as shown in FIG. As described above, a bead-coated hot-melt film 10 is prepared in advance by laminating the bead layer 9 on the surface of the hot-melt film 8.

In order to make the melt film 8 soft and adhesive, hot air or a hot roll is applied from above the bead coated hot melt film 10 to weld the hot melt film 8 to the adherend as shown in FIG.

As shown in Figure 3, the beads 9a are attached to the hot melt film 8.
This is because the back side of the part that comes into contact with the adhesive softens and becomes bondable, so there is a risk of it adhering to other objects.

As shown in FIG. 15, the bead coated hot melt film 10 is pressed onto the surface of a spherical adherend 4 heated to a temperature higher than the bonding temperature of the true melt film 8, thereby applying hot melt onto the surface of the adherend 4. The film 8 is welded and bead coated.

効果は著大である。(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, a bead-coated hot-melt film (8) is formed in advance by laminating a bead layer (9) on the surface of a hot-melt film (8), and the bead-coated hot-melt film (8) is formed in advance. The melt film (8) is polymerized onto the adherend (A), and the true melt film (8) is attached to the adherend (A).
Since the bead-coated hot-melt film 10 can be cut into the shape of the adherend A and heat treated, there is no need to apply adhesive to the adherend A or perform masking. This eliminates the need for bead coating, making the bead coating process much easier. In addition, since the hot melt film 8 with a uniform thickness becomes the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer becomes uniform and there is no possibility of poor adhesion or uneven appearance of the beads. ,−
It is now possible to coat the entire surface at once, greatly improving work efficiency. Furthermore, uneven clogging of beads caused by a work error can be solved by heating the uneven part using a hot air dryer and softening the hot melt film 8.
It can be easily corrected. Therefore, when bead-coating, there is no need to bring the adherend to a well-equipped processing facility, and even when decorating an immovable adherend A such as a wall, bead-coating can be easily and efficiently performed on-site. Moreover, even if the adherend has a curved surface such as a sphere, it can be coated very well with beads without the need for large equipment and in a short working time, and the effect is remarkable. .
