Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は螺着ディスペンス蓋に関し、特に小児保護用（
ｃｈｉｌｄ　ｒｅｓｉｓｔａｎｔ　）の螺着ディスペン
ス蓋に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
−殻内に使用される蓋の１種類は、容器に相互係合する
第１部分と、一体内ヒンジにより第１部分に接続される
と共に第１部材に対し閉鎖してディスペンス開口部を覆
う第２部分とからなる螺着ディスペンス蓋である。従来
、この種の小児保護用ディスペンス蓋を形成するのは困
難であった。
従来示唆されている１つの型式は二重裾部を利用するも
のであって、容易に汚れが詰まり或いは製品が放出され
るという欠点を存する。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明の課題は、単一のフランジ裾部を用いると共に小
児が蓋を外して持ち上げる努力に抗し、かつ容易に製作
でき、さらに外観が良好である小児保護用の螺着ディス
ペンス蓋を提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明によれば、小児保護用ディスペンス蓋は、底壁部
と容器に螺着するのに適した外周裾部とを備える第１部
分からなっている。外周裾部は、容器の部分に係合して
容器からの脱着を防止する相互保合部分を備える。この
蓋は、一体内ヒンジにより第１部分に接続されかつ底壁
部と外周裾部と閉鎖部分とを有する第２部分をも備え、
この閉鎖部は第２部分が第１部分に対し重なり関係まで
移動する際に第１部分の底壁部に存在するノズルに突入
する。第２部分におけるスナップ突出部は第１部分にお
けるビードセグメントに係合して、第２部分を閉鎖位置
に保持する。第１部分における裾部の直径は、この裾部
における外周の大部分にわたり周方向に延在する半径方
向フランジを含む。
このフランジは半径方向変位自在な外側壁板に一体的に
接続される。第２部分における裾部の直径はフラ、ンジ
の直径よりも小さく、したがってフランジは蓋裾部から
半径方向に突出して、この蓋裾部が容易には上昇しえな
いようにする。ショルダ一部がフランジから上方向に突
出して、蓋をセンタリングすると共に裾部を半径方向変
位しないよう支持する。変位自在な壁板を半径方向内方
に押圧することにより、壁板は蓋の裾部における軸方向
リブと係合して、蓋の裾部を上方向に移動させると共に
、これを開放させうるよう構成する。
〔実施例〕
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明を実施例につき説明す
る。
第１〜４図を参照して、本発明を具体化する小児保護用
のディスペンスプラスチック蓋１ｏは、底壁部１２と外
周裾部１３とを有する第１部分１）を備える。外周裾部
１３はネジ１４の形態の相互係合部分を備えて容器Ｃの
対応ネジ（第５図）に係合することにより、小児保護用
ディスペンス蓋を容器Ｃに固定する。さらに蓋１０は、
一体内ヒンジ１６により第１部分に接続された第２部分
（すなわちＭ）　　１５　（ｌｉｄ　）を有する。部分
１５は底壁部１７と外周裾部１８とチューブ状閉鎖部１
９とを備え、この閉鎖部は第２部分１５が第１部分１）
に対し重なり関係まで移動する際に第１部分の底壁部に
位置するノズル２０に突入する。
第２部分１５における円弧状スナップ突出部２１は第１
部分１）のビードセグメント２２に係合して、第２部分
１５を閉鎖位置に保つ。第１部分１）の裾部Ｉ３は、こ
の裾部１３における外周の大部分にわたり周方向に延在
する半径方向フランジ１３ａを備える。このフランジは
半径方向変位自在な壁板２３に一体的に接続される。変
位自在な壁板２３はヒンジ１６に対し直径方向の反対側
に位置し、かつ６０″程度の鋭角を形成する円弧範囲を
有する。第２部分１５における裾部１８の直径はフラン
ジ１３ａの直径よりも小さいので、フランジ１３ａは蓋
裾部１８から突出してＱ？１部１８を容易には持ち上げ
ることができない。
裾部１３におけるフランジもしくはショルダー２４はフ
ランジＬ３ａから軸方向に突出して、蓋１８をセンタリ
ングすると共に裾部を半径方向変位しないよう支持する
。
裾部１３はさらに複数の周方向離間した非対称歯２６を
も備え、これらの歯は容器Ｃの首部２８に存在する刻設
部２７と係合して、蓋が容器に施こされた際にそこから
脱着するのを防止する。
第５図に示したように、蓋１０を容器に施こしかつ蓋１
５を部分１）に対し閉鎖位置にすると、閉鎖部分１９は
ノズル２０と係合して、このノズルを封止する。首部の
内表面に係合する環状プラグ部２９と首部の上側表面に
係合する環状ビード３０とにより、第１部分１）と仕上
部２８との間にシールが形成される。
第７図に示した蓋の実施例では、リブ２５が省略されて
いる。変位自在な壁板２３を半径方向内方に押圧するこ
とにより、壁板２３は蓋１５における裾部１８の軸方向
リブ２５と係合して、蓋１５の裾部１８を上方向に移動
させると共に、これを開放させうるよう構成する。
蓋は、たとえばポリプロピレンのようなプラスチックで
作成することができる。
上記から判るように、単一のフランジ裾部を用いると共
に、小児が蓋を取外しかつ持ち上げる努力に対し効果的
に抗し、さらに容易に製作でき、かつ外観が良好である
ような小児保護用の螺着ディスペンス蓋が形成される。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）底壁部と容器に螺着するのに適した外周裾部とを
    備えた第１プラスチック部材からなり、前記外周裾部は
    容器の部分に係合して容器からの脱着に抗するようにし
    た相互係合部分を備えてなる小児保護用ディスペンス蓋
    において、 前記蓋は一体的ヒンジにより前記第１部分に接続された
    第２プラスチック部分を備え、 前記第２部分は底壁部と外周裾部とを備え、前記第１部
    分の前記裾部はこの裾部における外周の大部分にわたり
    周方向に延在する半径方向フランジを備え、 前記フランジは半径方向変位自在な壁部に一体的に接続
    され、前記第２部分の前記裾部をフランジの直径よりも
    小にして、フランジが蓋裾部から半径方向に突出すると
    共に、第２部分が第１部分に対し閉鎖位置にある際に前
    記蓋裾部が容易には上昇しえないよう構成したことを特
    徴とする小児保護用ディスペンス蓋。
  2. （２）第２部分の裾部が第１部分における変位自在な壁
    板と第１部分における裾部との間に延在した軸方向リブ
    を備え、前記変位自在な壁板が半径方向内方に押圧され
    た際に壁板がリブと係合して第２部分の裾部を上方向に
    移動させると共に、これを開放させうるよう構成してな
    る請求項１記載の小児保護用ディスペンス蓋。
  3. （３）第１部分と第２部分との間に相互係合スナップ突
    出部を備えて、第２部分を閉鎖位置に保持する請求項１
    記載の小児保護用ディスペンス蓋。
  4. （４）変位自在な壁板が約６０°の円弧範囲を有する請
    求項１記載の小児保護用ディスペンス蓋。
