A fixed shaft is provided, a lid sealing section and a rest section are set around the fixed shaft, a turntable is provided that rotates in one direction around the fixed shaft, and containers are placed on the turntable at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction. The mounting table is arranged to be movable up and down, a fixed cam for raising each container mounting table is provided in the lid-sealed section, a rotary cylinder is rotatably fitted onto the fixed shaft, and a through hole at the base end is provided in the rotary cylinder. A rotating body for a can is provided which is rotatably fitted onto the outside and has a plurality of can lid attachment devices at the tip, and a through hole at the base end is rotatably fitted onto the rotary tube and a plurality of bottle lids are attached to the tip. A rotating body for a bottle having a mounting device is provided, a connecting tool is provided for connecting one of the rotating bodies to the rotating tube in the lid sealing section, and a fixing device is provided for fixing the other rotating body to the fixed body in the resting section. A one-way clutch is provided for interlocking the cylinder with rotation of the turntable in only one direction, and a rotary cylinder drive device is provided for rotating the rotary cylinder by a predetermined angle in a direction opposite to the turntable when the one-way clutch is released.
