Abstract

PURPOSE:To finely arrange joints and prevent the generation of stress in an installing member installing portion by supporting the lower end side and upper end side of wall panels in a condition of restraining their positions in the far/ near direction and restricting the lateral movement of one side while permitting the lateral movement of the other side. CONSTITUTION:Installing members 1, 1, 1', 1' an installed on the upper end side and lower end side of wall panels P, P respectively, while providing a fixing member 2 for supporting one part of installing members 1, 1 so as to restrain their positions in the far/near direction with respect to a bed B. An engaging member 2' is engaged with the other part of installing members 1', 1' so as to restrain their positions in the far/near direction with respect to the bed B. One lateral movement out of the lateral movement along the base B face of the installing members 1, 1 with respect to the fixing member 2 and the lateral movement of the installing members 1', 1' with respect to the engaging member 2 is restrained while permitting the other. Thereby, the generating of stress in the installing portion of the installing members 1, 1, 1', 1' can be prevented while enabling joints to be arranged in an orderly way.

Specifically, mounting fixtures are attached to the lower end and upper end of the wall panel, respectively, and the position of one of the lower end or upper end of the mounting fixtures is regulated in the distance direction with respect to the base. The present invention relates to a wall panel mounting structure in which a fixture that supports the other fixture and a locking fixture that locks the other fixture in a state that restricts the distance direction position of the other fixture with respect to the base are fixed.

However, when using the above-mentioned conventional mounting structure, the following drawbacks occur when the building to which the wall panel is mounted is a high-rise building or a building with a steel frame structure, and the building's floors are displaced due to earthquakes, wind, etc. was occurring.

In other words, in the former mounting structure, the lateral position of both the upper and lower end fixtures along the base surface is restricted relative to the fixings and locking devices fixed to the base, so the interstory displacement of the building When this occurs, the horizontal movement force due to the interlayer displacement is transmitted to both fixtures, and as a result, a large stress is applied to the wall panel where the fixtures are attached. Therefore, especially when the wall panel is a ceramic panel, a stone panel, a glass panel, a cement-based molded panel, etc., the mounting fixtures are used to prevent the mounting fixtures from being exposed on the front surface of the wall panel and to improve the decorativeness. If the wall panel is attached by engaging with the end surface of the wall panel, the above-mentioned stress may damage the wall panel at the attachment point, and in the worst case, this may cause an accident such as the wall panel falling.

On the other hand, in the latter mounting structure, when interlayer displacement occurs, the fitting slides laterally relative to the fixing device and the locking device, thereby preventing or suppressing the transmission of horizontal force from the substrate to the fitting. Although this can prevent or suppress stress from acting on the mounting parts of the wall panels, due to variations in the sliding resistance of the mounting parts, the amount of lateral movement of each wall panel relative to the base during interlayer displacement may be affected. Differences are likely to occur.

As a result, the width of the vertical joints in horizontally adjacent wall panels changes, and when looking at the building wall as a whole, the width and position of the vertical joints become uneven, deteriorating the appearance of the building wall.

本発明の目的は、上述した従来欠点を解消する点にある

A characteristic configuration of the wall panel mounting structure according to the present invention is such that lateral movement of one of the fittings with respect to the fixture along the base surface and lateral movement of the other fixture with respect to the locking device along the base surface are prevented. The point is that a movement restriction means for restricting one of them and a movement allowance means for allowing the other side to move in the lateral direction are provided.

When interlaminar displacement occurs, the fasteners and anchors fixed to the substrate move laterally in opposite directions. The attachment on the side whose lateral movement is restricted with respect to the fixture or locking device by the movement restriction means moves laterally together with the fixture or locking device, but movement is permitted. The attachment on the side that is permitted to move laterally relative to the lock or fixture by the means may be moved laterally relative to the lock or fixture, thereby causing the lock or fixture to It does not receive any horizontal force from.

Therefore, since the wall panel as a whole moves laterally together with the former fixture, no horizontal force is transmitted to the former fixture from the fixing device or the locking device, and the wall panel that targets the former fixture does not move horizontally. No stress is generated on the mounting part of the fixture. Of course, no stresses are generated in the fixture mounting portion of the wall panel intended for the latter fixture due to lateral movement of the latter fixture relative to the fasteners or fasteners. Moreover, since the lateral movement of the former fixture relative to the fixing tool or the locking tool is restricted, the lateral position of the wall panel relative to the base can be made constant.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of large stress at the attachment point of the wall panel caused by interlayer displacement, and to make the wall panel a molded panel such as a ceramic panel, stone, glass panel, or cement-based panel. Even if it is, the installation can be ensured by preventing the attachment point from being damaged.
Moreover, it is now possible to always align the joints.

According to the above embodiment configuration, the attachment (1) on the lower end side with respect to the fixture (2) is restricted from moving in the lateral direction, while the attachment on the upper end side with respect to the locking tool (2゛) (1゛) is movable in the lateral direction, so when interlayer displacement occurs, the wall panel (P) does not receive horizontal force from the fasteners (2゛) and is integrated with the fasteners (2). I will have to move. The movement resistance when the wall panel (P) moves together with the fixture (2) is due to the weight of the wall panel (P), so the wall panel (P) is moved against the fixture (1) on the lower end side. The stress acting on the attachment point is small. Of course, the upper end side mounting bracket (1
The stress acting on the attachment point of the wall panel (P) relative to the wall panel (P) is extremely small. Therefore, due to interlayer displacement,
It is possible to prevent the wall panel (P) from being damaged at the mounting part where the fixture is attached. Moreover, even so, the wall panel (P) is the base (
Since it moves together with B), there is no misalignment of the wall panel (P) with respect to the base (B) due to interlayer displacement. As a result, the width and position of the vertical joints of the wall panel (P) remain unchanged, and the building exterior can be made to have a good appearance with uniform vertical joints.
