In a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the connecting plate 33 is a Z-shaped plate, and includes a first flat plate, a second flat plate and an inclined plate for connecting the first flat plate and the second flat plate, the first flat plate is fixedly connected to the second threaded connector 32, the second flat plate is provided with a strip-shaped groove 331, and the second flat plate is attached to the surface of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding panel 20 and connected to the second threaded fastener 35.
The building body 10 of the present invention may be a steel structure body, or may be a concrete structure body. The first threaded connector 31 may be welded directly to the steel structural body. When the first threaded connector 31 is fixed to the concrete structure body, the connector is buried in the surface when the concrete structure body is constructed, and then the first threaded connector 31 and the buried connector are welded and fixed. The mode of the first threaded connection piece 31 of after-fixing is adopted, the problem of errors caused by presetting can be avoided, and the installation accuracy of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding is improved.
After each prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is installed on the building main body 10 through four adjustable type connected node structures located at four corners of the rectangle, the rubber and plastic buffer strips and the foam strips are arranged at the joints between two adjacent prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20, and after the installation is completed, the joints are processed by using silicone structural sealant. When the building main body 10 deforms during earthquake, the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 can integrally translate along with the deformation, the adjustable connecting node structure 30 realizes vertical adjustment through the strip-shaped groove 331 and horizontal and upward left-right rotation adjustment through at least one thread structure which is not screwed on the second thread connecting piece 32, so that the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 buffers acting force formed by the earthquake through integral translation, stress concentration is not generated between the adjustable connecting node structure 30 and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20, the influence on the rigidity of the building main body 10 is small, the deformation of the abutted seams of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is small, the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is not easy to crack, and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is easy to repair after the earthquake.
The construction method of the adjustable connection node structure of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding provided by the invention is explained below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the construction method of the adjustable connection node structure of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding of the present invention includes the following steps:
providing a first threaded connector 31, fixedly connecting the first threaded connector 31 to a set position of the building structure 10;
providing a second threaded connector 32 and a connecting plate 33, wherein the connecting plate 33 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 331, and fixedly connecting the second threaded connector 32 with the connecting plate 33;
the second threaded connector 32 is screwed with the first threaded connector 31, and the strip-shaped groove 331 on the connecting plate 33 is in a vertical arrangement state;
providing a prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 embedded with a first threaded fastener 34, and hoisting the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 to a set position;
and providing a second threaded fastener 35, enabling the second threaded fastener 35 to penetrate through the strip-shaped groove 331 and be in threaded connection with the first threaded fastener 34 on the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20, and connecting the connecting plate 33 and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 through the second threaded fastener 34, thereby completing the installation of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding.
Preferably, the building body 10 is a steel structure body, and when the first threaded connectors 31 are fixed, the first threaded connectors 31 can be welded and fixed at set positions of the steel structure body; and then, the second threaded connector 32 and the connecting plate 33 are connected to the first threaded connector 31, the position of the connecting plate 33 is adjusted, and the outer surface of the connecting plate 33 is the mounting surface of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding panel 20. When the first screw connector 31 and the second screw connector 32 are adjusted by screwing, the first adjustment function can be realized, and the coarse adjustment of the installation error can be realized.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the construction method of the present invention further includes:
as shown in fig. 2, an opening 332 is formed in one end of the strip-shaped groove 331 on the side of the connecting plate 33, and the opening 332 of the strip-shaped groove 331 is arranged upward when the second threaded connector 32 and the first threaded connector 31 are screwed;
when the second threaded fastener 35 is provided, the second threaded fastener 35 is partially screwed to the first threaded fastener 34, and the non-screwed portion of the second threaded fastener 35 is placed in the groove 331 from the opening 332, so that the second threaded fastener 34 and the first threaded fastener 34 are fastened to connect the connecting plate 33 and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20.
In another embodiment, the second threaded fastener 35 may be first placed in the strip-shaped groove 331 of the connecting plate 33, the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is hung to a set position, and the second threaded fastener 35 is threadedly connected with the corresponding first threaded fastener 34, so as to implement installation of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20.
When the second prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is installed, the first threaded fastening piece 34 and the second threaded fastening piece 35 are screwed to realize a second adjusting function, so that the installation error can be finely adjusted. By matching the rough adjustment of the first threaded connector 31 and the second threaded connector 32, the construction method of the invention can completely adapt to the installation error existing on the building structure 10.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the construction method of the present invention further includes providing a backing plate 36, wherein the backing plate 36 is eccentrically provided with a mounting hole 361;
referring to fig. 3, before the second threaded fastener 35 passes through the strip-shaped groove 331, the backing plate 36 is sleeved on the second threaded fastener 35 through the mounting hole 361, and the backing plate 36 is attached to the side surface of the connecting plate 33 away from the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20;
in the process of screw-coupling the second threaded fastener 35 and the first threaded fastener 34, the shim plate 36 is rotated so that the edge of the shim plate 36 abuts against the first threaded coupling member 31.
As shown in fig. 1, the edge of the shim plate 36 abuts against the first threaded connector 31. Before the second threaded fastener 35 is tightened, the shim plate 36 is rotated in such a direction that the peripheral edge of the shim plate 36, which is remote from the mounting hole 361, abuts against the surface of the first threaded fastener 31, and a certain force-transmitting action is exerted by friction and lateral pressure by means of the shim plate 36, as an additional safety measure.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first threaded fasteners 34 of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 are provided at four corners of a rectangle; preferably, the first threaded fasteners 34 are provided near the four corners of the prefabricated cladding panel 20;
when the first threaded connector 31 is connected to the building structure 10, the first threaded connector 31 is arranged corresponding to the first threaded fastener 34;
when the second threaded fasteners 35 at the four corners are screwed with the corresponding first threaded fasteners 34, the second threaded fasteners 34 at least two corners are fastened with the corresponding first threaded fasteners 34, so as to fasten the corresponding connection plates 33 with the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20.
According to the requirement of design specifications, only two of the four connecting points can be considered as the bearing nodes, so that for the bearing nodes, the first threaded fasteners 35 and the second threaded fasteners 34 at the bearing nodes need to be fastened and connected, the fine adjustment of installation errors cannot be realized, and the fine adjustment of the installation errors can be realized at non-bearing nodes. When the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 is installed, only four connecting plates 33 are required to be positioned on the same plane, and if one connecting plate 33 cannot be adjusted to be positioned on the same plane as the other connecting plates 33, the position of the connecting plate 33 can be designed to be a non-bearing node. The vertical regulatory function of bar groove 331 is also the same, is applicable to non-bearing node, and to bearing node, need arrange second threaded fastener 35 in the bottom of bar groove 331, so bar groove 331 of bearing node can not vertical regulation installation error, and when prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20 took place the displacement, the vertical regulatory function of bar groove 331 of this bearing node was not influenced.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first threaded fastener 34 is a bolt sleeve, and when the bolt sleeve is embedded in the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20, a connection port is reserved on both the inner surface and the outer surface of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding 20; passing a second threaded fastener 35 through the connection port on the inner surface and threadedly engaging the bolt sleeve; a cap 37 is provided to seal off the connection port on the outer surface of the cap 37. Before the prefabricated exterior wall cladding is installed, rubber and plastic buffer strips and foam strips are arranged at the joints, and after the prefabricated exterior wall cladding is installed, the joints are treated by using silicone structural sealant.
The adjustable connecting node structure and the construction method thereof have the beneficial effects that:
the multi-directional installation and adjustment can be realized through the structural measures of the threaded sleeve and the strip-shaped groove, and the capability of adapting to installation errors is high. Because of adopting the full-dry construction mode, the construction method has the characteristics of convenient installation and quick construction. The connection node can be flexibly arranged, the displacement mode formed by the connection node and the exterior wall cladding can ensure the coordinated deformation with the building structure under the action of earthquake, the damage of the exterior wall cladding and the connection piece is reduced, and meanwhile, the influence of the exterior wall cladding on the rigidity of the building structure is reduced. The connection node is successfully applied to the project of the fabricated steel structure and the fabricated concrete structure, and practice shows that the characteristic of adjustable installation error is beneficial to realizing high-efficiency construction and ensuring the installation quality.

Claims (8)

the second threaded connecting piece is in threaded connection with the first threaded connecting piece, the length of the part of the second threaded connecting piece, which is positioned outside the first threaded connecting piece, can be adjusted, and at least one circle of thread structure is reserved between the end part, far away from the first threaded connecting piece, of the second threaded connecting piece and the first threaded connecting piece;
the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the end part, far away from the first threaded connecting piece, of the second threaded connecting piece, and a vertically-arranged strip-shaped groove is formed in the connecting plate;
the first threaded fastener is embedded in the prefabricated exterior wall cladding; and
the second threaded fastener penetrates through the strip-shaped groove and is in threaded connection with the first threaded fastener, and the connecting plate and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding are connected through the second threaded fastener, so that the prefabricated exterior wall cladding is installed;
the first threaded fastener is a bolt sleeve which is embedded in the prefabricated exterior wall cladding, and connecting ports are reserved on the inner surface and the outer surface of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding;
the second threaded fastener penetrates through a connecting port on the inner surface and is in threaded connection with the bolt sleeve;
the connection opening on the outer surface is sealed by a cap.
2. The adjustable connecting node structure of a prefabricated exterior wall cladding as claimed in claim 1, wherein an opening is formed at one end of the strip-shaped groove on the side of the connecting plate, and the opening is disposed upward;
the second threaded fastener may be disposed in the strip groove through the opening.

providing a second threaded connecting piece and a connecting plate, wherein the connecting plate is provided with a strip-shaped groove, and the second threaded connecting piece is fixedly connected with the connecting plate;
the second threaded connecting piece is in threaded connection with the first threaded connecting piece, and the strip-shaped groove in the connecting plate is in a vertical arrangement state;
providing a prefabricated exterior wall cladding embedded with a first threaded fastener, and hoisting the prefabricated exterior wall cladding to a set position; and
providing a second threaded fastener, enabling the second threaded fastener to penetrate through the strip-shaped groove and be in threaded connection with the first threaded fastener on the prefabricated exterior wall cladding, and connecting the connecting plate and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding through the second threaded fastener so as to finish the installation of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding;
the first threaded fastener is a bolt sleeve, and when the bolt sleeve is embedded in the prefabricated exterior wall cladding, connecting ports are reserved on the inner surface and the outer surface of the prefabricated exterior wall cladding;
the second threaded fastener penetrates through a connecting port on the inner surface and is in threaded connection with the bolt sleeve;
providing a cap, and plugging the cap on the connecting port on the outer surface.

forming an opening at one end of the strip-shaped groove on the side of the connecting plate, and arranging the opening of the strip-shaped groove upwards when the second threaded connecting piece and the first threaded connecting piece are connected in a threaded manner;
when a second threaded fastener is arranged, the second threaded fastener is partially screwed into the first threaded fastener, the part, which is not screwed, of the second threaded fastener is placed in the strip-shaped groove from the opening, and then the second threaded fastener is tightly connected with the first threaded fastener to realize the connection of the connecting plate and the prefabricated exterior wall cladding.
