- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 金属外環の筒状部にガラスを介してリードを
気密に封着した気密端子において、 前記筒状部が、金属薄肉材の折り返しにより二
重筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする気密端
子。 ２ 前記筒状部が、その立ち上り部から折り返し
部に向かつて次第に小径化するテーパ状に形成さ
れている、請求項１記載の気密端子。 ３ 前記金属外環がステンレスよりなる、請求項
１または２記載の気密端子。 ４ 前記金属外環における筒状部の小径側全面に
樹脂が被着されている請求項１ないし３記載の気
密端子。
