Many fabrics using false-twisted partially fused yarns have been proposed in the past, and these fabrics are excellent as fabrics that have a hemp-like texture and grain, and have a fancy effect due to the thick and thin unevenness of the threads. It is something that However, in these woven fabrics, even after post-processing such as scouring, graining, and dyeing finishing, the false twisted partially fused yarn has latent crimp and torque, so the thermal stability of the woven fabric is poor. For this reason, when heat is applied to finished textile products, such as by heat pressing during sewing or ironing after washing, latent crimp and torque occur, causing the textile to shrink and rough unevenness to occur, which deteriorates the appearance and comfort of the garment. The disadvantage was that it decreased. Conventional techniques have not been able to improve the appearance change that occurs after being made into a woven product due to heating with an iron or the like, and it has been ignored as a drawback of partially fused yarns. The present invention was made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to have good thermal stability despite using false twisted partially fused yarn, and to prevent shrinkage by heat treatment after finishing. To provide a fancy fabric that does not deteriorate in appearance or comfort due to unevenness.

In order to achieve such an object, the fancy fabric of the present invention has an ununtwisted condensed part having twists in the direction of false twisting and a twisted part having twists in the direction opposite to the direction of false twisting along the longitudinal direction of the yarn. A false-twisted partially fused yarn having alternately untwisted and converged portions and another yarn having better thermal stability than the false-twisted partially fused yarn are alternately arranged as warps and/or wefts. It has a structure in which it is woven with

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to illustrated embodiments. Figure 1 shows the false twisted partially fused yarn 1 used in the present invention.

and over-untwisted bundled parts 3 in which individual single filaments that have been once untwisted and crimped are bundled in a direction opposite to that of the untwisted bundled parts 2. be. In addition, the ununtwisted converging section 2 has a thin appearance because most of the single filaments constituting the multifilament are fused and bonded, and the twists in the false twisting direction are firmly fixed.
Most of the single filaments are not melted,
Since each single filament, which has been untwisted and crimped, is over-untwisted and bundled, it has a thick and bulky appearance.

The present invention is a fancy fabric woven by alternately arranging the false twisted partially fused yarn and other yarns as warp only, weft only, or warp and weft. This is an example in which a false twisted partially fused yarn 1 and another yarn 4 are alternately arranged on both wefts and woven.

As described above, the present invention is a fabric woven by alternately arranging one or more false-twisted partially fused yarns and other yarns as warps and/or wefts. Linen-like texture and grain, differences in yarn diameter and dyeing between ununtwisted and over-twisted sections, and dyeing between false-twisted partially fused yarns and other yarns. Together with the difference, not only can a fancy effect be imparted, but also the following effects can be obtained.

In other words, false twisted partially fused yarn has latent crimp and torque even after post-processing such as scouring, graining, and dyeing after weaving, so it is difficult to heat press during sewing or wash. During subsequent heat treatment such as ironing, crimping and torque develop, causing the yarn to shrink and become rough and uneven. Because other yarns are arranged that have better thermal stability than the yarn,
False-twisted partially fused yarn is restrained by the weave structure of other yarns, preventing crimp and torque development, and even when subjected to heat treatment, it does not shrink or become rough and uneven, deteriorating appearance and comfort. , which has significantly improved thermal stability.

The false twisted partially fused yarn used in the fancy fabric of the present invention is a yarn obtained by false twisting thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament such as polyester or nylon at a temperature that partially fuses the yarn, and the yarn can be used as is. It is also possible to use twisted or additionally twisted yarn.

In addition, other yarns arranged alternately with the false-twisted partially fused yarn include thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament raw yarns, drawn yarns, yarns twisted from raw yarns, and ordinary false-twisted yarns. Any yarn may be used as long as it has low latent crimp and torque and has good thermal stability after finishing processing.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, the fancy fabric of the present invention is woven by alternately arranging one or more false twisted partially fused yarns and other yarns as the warp and/or weft. The partially fused yarn and other yarns may be arranged alternately, for example, by arranging the same number of yarns alternately, such as one yarn alternating, or two yarns alternately, or by arranging one false twisted partially fused yarn and other yarns. Different numbers of yarns may be arranged alternately, such as two yarns, or any number of yarns may be alternately arranged as long as it has the effect of suppressing latent crimp and torque development due to post-heat treatment of false twisted partially fused yarn. May be arranged.
