ーダ装置において、 地上に送信信号を放射しその反射信号を受信す
るアンテナ部と、送信周波数を発生する周波数発
生部と、前記送信周波数をパルス化しかつ所定の
周波数対遅延時間特性を有する第一のフイルタに
よる線形周波数変調を施してパルス伸長を行ない
送信パルスを発生するパルス伸長部と、前記送信
パルスを所定のレベルに増幅して送信信号として
出力する送信増幅部と、前記送信信号を前記アン
テナ部に供給するとともに前記アンテナ部の出力
信号を切り替えて出力する送受切替部と、前記ア
ンテナ部の出力信号に増幅ならびに周波数変換を
含む受信処理を施して受信信号として出力する受
信部と、前記受信信号を前記第一のフイルタとは
周波数対遅延時間特性が逆特性の第二のフイルタ
に通してパルス圧縮を行なうパルス圧縮部と、前
記パルス圧縮された受信信号のレベルを検出しレ
ベル検出信号を出力するレベル検出回路と、前記
レベル検出信号にもとづき前記パルス圧縮された
受信信号が真の受信信号であるかもしくは望まざ
る反射信号であるかを区別する制御信号を出力す
る制御回路と、前記レベル検出信号と制御信号に
もとづき前記受信信号に対するレベル検出信号の
出力開始および終了のタイミング信号を発生する
ラツチ回路と、前記タイミング信号にもとづいて
前記受信部の受信の開始および終了のタイミング
信号を発生するタイミング発生回路と、前記周波
数発生部の出力信号を得てクロツク信号を発生す
るクロツク発生回路とを備えて成ることを特徴と
