【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は肉燃機関用点火コイルの構造の改良に
関するものである。

従来、ケース内に一次コイル、及び二次コイル
を挿入した後熱硬化性樹脂等の注型樹脂により絶
縁固定するタイプの点火コイルは、鉄心部の両端

突出する構造となつており、ケース底面に鉄心の
通る穴を必要とするため、鉄心とケース間にて前
記注型樹脂が漏れない様にするため、ケースとコ
アの嵌合面に接着剤を塗布し密着させるとか、ま
たはケースをあらかじめ断面ドーナツ状の形状に
成形し、後で前記ケース内径にコアを挿入し接着
固定する等の方法がとられていたが、前記従来の
各方法では下記の様な欠点がある。(1)前者の場
合、ケースとコアとを接着するという作業が必要
となり、又接着剤をしつかりと付けないと、後で
注型樹脂が漏れるという不具合が発生する。その
上、接着剤を硬化させる作業が必要となり、硬化
時に接着剤が余分な所に流出するという不具合も
発生していた。(2)後者の場合も上記と同様接着剤
でコアとケースとを接着硬化することが必要なこ
とはもちろんであり、その上この方式の場合は、
コイル本体とコアとがエンジンの振動等で動いて
しまうという不具合が発生していた。

間に一次コイル7が巻回してある。4は外周に軸
方向の複数の巻溝を有する樹脂製の二次ボビン
で、その各巻溝に二次コイル8が分割巻きしてあ
る。5は一次電流を制御する制御回路を構成する
電子部品5aを装着した制御回路板で、二次ボビ
ン4の低圧側端面に近接して配置してある。6は
注型樹脂で前記各部品を組付けた後、ケース1内
に注入し、各部品の絶縁及び固定の役をなす。
