BACKGROUND ART AND PROBLEMS Generally, in a television receiver, as shown in FIG. 1, a bezel 2 is provided on the front side of a tube surface 1a of a cathode ray tube 1, and has an opening 2a that is slightly smaller in size than the tube surface 1a. . The part of the bezzle 2 that forms the opening 2a is called a bezzle mask surface 2b, and this bezzle mask surface 2b is molded to match the shape of the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1, and when the television receiver is assembled. At this time, the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1 and the bezel mask surface 2b are in close contact with each other without any gap.

However, the shape of the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1 varies, and when the bezel 2 is molded, deformation, deflection, etc. occur in the bezel 2, but it is difficult to predict this deformation, deflection, etc. in advance. It is very difficult to precisely align the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1 and the bezel mask surface 2a.

For this reason, a slight gap occurs between the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1 and the bezel mask surface 2b, particularly in the portion where the tube surface 1a is a curved surface. Then, when the volume of the television receiver is increased, the portion of the bezel mask surface 2b vibrates, and there is a drawback that the tube surface 1a and the bezzle mask surface 2b are jittery.

If the mold for molding the bezel is modified by a so-called cut-and-try method to match the shape of the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1, the occurrence of the above-mentioned blemishes can be prevented, but it is costly and time consuming, and molding is difficult. This is not preferable because efficiency deteriorates.

There is also a method to prevent scratches by pasting tape or the like on the bezel mask surface 2b.
There are disadvantages in that the number of man-hours required to apply tape or the like to b is increased, and secondary defects such as protrusion of the tape or the like occur.

Summary of the invention This invention provides a plurality of small protrusions on the bezzle mask surface that faces at least the curved surface of the cathode ray tube surface of the opposing portion between the bezzle mask surface of the bezzle attached to the cathode ray tube surface and the cathode ray tube surface. By integrally molding the bezzle and attaching the bezzle so that the plurality of small protrusions on the bezzle mask surface are in point contact with the cathode ray tube surface, the bezzle mask surface and the cathode ray tube surface can be mounted to an extent that does not cause sound emission due to vibration. This television receiver is designed to be spaced apart from each other, and since the contact area between the cathode ray tube surface and the bezzle mask surface is a point, it is extremely difficult for flickering to occur. Since it is sufficient to use the same method, it has various effects such as low cost and no increase in man-hours.

Figure 2 is a diagram of the bezel 2 seen from the TV viewing side.
A protrusion 3 as shown in FIG. 3 is provided at a predetermined position on the portion facing the cathode ray tube surface 1a of b. In the example of Fig. 2, there are 12 protrusions 3 in total, 3 on each of the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides in the horizontal direction of the bezel mask surface 2b (these protrusions 3 are located at the positions marked with O marks in Fig. 2). However, the protrusions are provided on the back side of the bezel mask surface 2b). In this case, the height of the protrusion is the bezel mask 2b
It is set to a level that does not cause vibration even if vibration occurs, for example, 0.3 to 0.7 mm. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the bezel mask surface 2b is attached to the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube with a gap of 0.3 to 0.7 mm. Blinking is very likely to occur when the bezel mask surface 2b is in slight contact with the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube, that is, when there is a slight gap between whether or not there is contact. Blinking can be prevented by opening the door relatively wide.

The method of providing the protrusions 3 at the position shown in the figure on the bezzle mask surface 2b is to set the mold for bezel molding in the molding machine, and use a sharp punch to punch the parts of the mold corresponding to the bezzle mask surface. It is sufficient to simply provide a recess at the position. The height of each protrusion 3 can be easily adjusted by cutting the protrusion 3 formed on the bezzle mask surface 2b of the molded bezzle 2. In this case, the height of the protrusion 3 is adjusted so that the gap between the bezzle mask surface 2b and the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube 1 is made uniform.

It should be noted that if the protrusion 3 is provided at least in a part where it is difficult to accurately match the shapes of the bezel mask surface 2b and the tube surface 1a of the cathode ray tube, that is, in a curved part,
This can effectively prevent the occurrence of dust.
This is because if they are flat, it is relatively easy to bring them into tight contact.

Effects of the device As described above, in this device, a protrusion is provided on the part of the bezzle mask surface that faces the cathode ray tube surface, and the bezzle is attached so that this protrusion comes into contact with the cathode ray tube surface. The contact area between the surface of the cathode ray tube and the surface of the cathode ray tube becomes a point, making it difficult for vibration to occur. Furthermore, since the protrusion can be formed by simply making a recess in the bezel mold with a punch or the like, it can be easily provided without increasing the number of steps. Furthermore, the height of the protrusion can be easily adjusted after the bezzle is molded, making it easy to adjust while confirming the effect of preventing flickering.

In other words, compared to methods of modifying the mold or pasting tape, this method saves time and cost, and also has the effect of not causing any secondary defects such as tape protrusion.
