【考案の詳細な説明】 蛍光X線分析のようなX線分析装置等において
は分光結晶によつて幅の広い平行X線を得るため
にソーラースリツトが用いられる。従来のソーラ
ースリツトは矩形のスリツト箔とその両側に配置
される帯状のスペーサとを交互に配置して重合
し、これをコ字形の枠内に挿入して蓋板で締付け
た構造である。しかし帯状スペーサの両端あるい
は両側のスペーサによつて締付力に差異を生じ易
いと共に室温の変化による膨張、収縮でこの傾向
は一層助長される。このため各スリツト箔を完全
に並行に配置することが困難で、そのゆがみによ
つて特性が劣化する欠点があつた。本考案は上述
の欠点を除去すると共に組立を容易に行い得るソ
ーラースリツトを提供するものである。

トは、コ字形枠1と蓋板2とよりなる矩形筒状枠
の内部に、多数の矩形スリツト箔3,3……とそ
れらの両側に配置した例えば0.15mm程度の厚みを
有する帯状のスペーサ4,4……とを交互に重合
すると共にそれらの最外側並びに中央に竪牢な支
持板5,6,7を配置して挿入し、矩形筒状枠の
内面と支持板5との間に該支持板をスリツト3,
3……の重合方向へ押圧するばね8,8を設けた
ものである。なお帯状のスペーサ4,4……は矩
形筒状枠の軸と平行に配置され、またばね8,8
は弾性のある薄板を半円筒状に屈曲させたもの
で、上記矩形筒状枠の内面における両側にスペー
サ4と平行に形成した凹溝9,9に上記ばねを嵌
合してある。更に矩形筒状枠の一端における両側
にはスペーサ4,4の端部を覆うように遮蔽板1
0,10を取付けてある。また上記ソーラースリ
ツトの組立に際しては、まずコ字形枠1にねじ1
1をもつて遮蔽板10,10を取付ける。次にス
リツト箔3,3……とスペーサ4,4……および
支持板5,6,7を重合して上記コ字形枠1に挿
入し、数百グラムの力で押圧したとき枠1の縁が
支持板7の上面から例えば0.2mm程度突出するよ
うに上記重合体の厚みを調整して、ねじ12で蓋
板2を締付けることにより矩形筒状枠を形成す
る。最後にこの筒状枠の一端から凹溝9,9に半
円筒状のばね8,8を挿入して完成する。

ソーラースリツトの製作が容易である。なお前記
実施例のように半円筒状のばね8,8を用いるこ
とにより、前述のようにスリツト箔等を枠に挿入
したのち、これを一端から差し込むことができる
から、組立が一層容易であると共に構造も簡単で
ある。更にスリツト箔の中間に挿入した支持板6
は、これを必ずしも必要としないが前述の締付圧
を一層均一に保持し得ると共にソーラースリツト
を真空中に配置して、その一方の端部を比例計数
管の窓に密着させる場合等に、該計数管の内圧で
スリツト箔が窓膜により押圧されて変形する等の
おそれを防止することができる。
