However, when vibrations are applied to such an indicator from the outside, the vibrations are transmitted to the control spring, and as a result, the control spring vibrates. At this time, the vibration of the control spring generates a vibration sound, which resonates with the instrument box and gives an unpleasant sound to the driver and the like.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is made by attaching rubber to at least the surface in contact with the control spring of the indicating instrument, which faces the direction of vibration of the control spring.
A damper member made of a sound absorbing member such as cloth or a viscous material is provided, and the damper member suppresses the generation of vibration noise caused by the vibration of the control spring, thereby preventing unpleasant noise from being given to the driver, etc. The purpose is to provide instruments.

FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an indicating instrument that is an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 10 is a rotating shaft, 11 is a pointer supported by the rotating shaft 10, and 20 and 120 are the rotating shaft 10. A bearing that rotatably supports the
30 is a case that also serves as a frame for supporting the bearing 20, and 31 and 32 are external terminals 41 and 42 provided on an insulating plate that is adjustable and supported by the case 30.
51 and 52 have their inner ends fixed to the spring support members 41 and 42, respectively, and are supported by the rotating shaft 10, while their outer ends are connected to the outer terminal 3.
Control springs 1 and 32 are respectively supported by soldering or the like; 60 is a control spring 51;
52, and the control springs 51, 52
70 is a coil frame support member; 80 is a coil frame; 81 is a coil frame 8;
0, and the opening edges at the beginning and end of winding are connected to the outer end 3 through control springs 51 and 52, respectively.
1, 32, and is supplied with current from a drive circuit (not shown) via control springs 51, 52; 90 is a core made of a soft magnetic material;
100 is a permanent magnet; 110 is a core made of a soft magnetic material that supports a bearing 120 and forms a magnetic circuit by sandwiching the permanent magnet 100 together with the core 90; in particular, the insulator 60;
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, when the control spring 50 vibrates, the control spring 5 is attached to the collar 61 of the insulator 60.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the insulator 60 is made of a sound absorbing member such as rubber, and the flange 61 is the damper member A. In the embodiment shown in the figure, a sound absorbing member such as rubber or cloth is fixed to at least the surface of the insulator 60 facing and in contact with the control spring 50 to form a damper member A. In the example, the damper member A is formed by coating the insulator 60 with a sound absorbing member made of a viscous material such as silicone oil having a relatively low viscosity.

Therefore, when vibration is applied from the outside to the indicating instrument of the present invention provided with the damper member A, the control spring 50 vibrates and collides with the damper member A. At that moment, the damper member A is moved by the control spring 50. Deforms as if being pushed. In other words, the present invention uses the deformation to absorb the vibration energy of the control spring 50 every time there is a collision, thereby attenuating the vibration, and at the same time reducing the sound at the time of a collision, thereby suppressing the generation of vibration noise. This was done to suppress it.

In addition to the insulator 60 as in the above embodiment, the damper member A also includes a control spring 50.
For example, in the case of the control spring 51 shown in FIG. 1, the control spring 5
2, the portions of the coil frame support member 70 facing the control spring 52 are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, respectively.
If a damper member A is provided as in FIG. 4, it will be more effective, and even if stronger vibrations are applied, the purpose of the present invention can be fully achieved.

FIG. 5 shows an indicating instrument used as a speedometer of a car, etc. In this case, one end is fixed to a rotating shaft 10 that rotates a pointer 11, and the vibration of a control spring 50 that controls the deflection angle of the pointer 11 is used. Vibration isolating member 130 for preventing vibration of the pointer 11
This figure shows another embodiment of the present invention in which a damper member A is provided.

As described above, according to the present invention, the vibration energy of the control spring is absorbed by the deformation of the damper member, thereby damping the vibration of the control spring and reducing the sound generated when the control spring collides with the vibration. By making it small, the vibration noise generated by the vibration of the control spring can be significantly suppressed, and as a result, there is an excellent effect that unpleasant noise can be eliminated.
