[発明が解決しようとする課題]
従来の花火においては、打上げ後、爆発して、分散され

や構築物等にあたったりして、地上に散乱して、翌日そ
れらを回収する必要があった。又、火災の原因になる恐

4をつくり、その外側に不燃剤としてウレタン樹脂5を
塗布した。かかる焼尽性半球形体4を2つ合せて球体の
1皮とし、内部に適当数の足6、小割7並びに割薬8を
配置し、クラフト紙9によって焼尽性半球形体4.4同
士の接合部分を結合して、打上げ花火5号玉を作成した
