[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Technical Field) The present invention relates to a guitar, a violin, and a violin having an acoustic body.
This invention relates to a pickup mounting structure for outputting the musical sounds of a musical instrument such as a banjiyo to the outside as an electrical signal.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, for example, in the case of a guitar with a pickup, as shown in FIG. The pressing force due to the tension of the string 1 is transmitted to the piezoelectric element 6 via the saddle 2. In this case, in order to easily transmit the vibration of the string 1 to the piezoelectric element 6, the saddle 2 is generally inserted. is inserted into the groove 5 relatively loosely.

Therefore, even if the output sensitivity of the piezoelectric element 6 by each string 1 is adjusted to a predetermined pattern in the normal support state shown in FIG. 1, the saddle 2 will change as shown in FIG. In this case, the contact between the saddle 2 and the piezoelectric element 6 changes from surface contact to line contact, which changes the sensitivity of the piezoelectric element 6. Since the width of the electrode part of the piezoelectric element 6 itself, excluding the insulator, case, etc., is narrower than the width W of the saddle 2, this line contact part comes off from the piezoelectric element 6, and the sensitivity decreases greatly, causing the sensitivity balance to become unbalanced. In addition, since the piezoelectric element 6 is not properly installed in the groove 5, the sound from the speaker 3 may be distorted during performance.
The piezoelectric element 6 vibrates due to the vibration of the piezoelectric element 6, causing howling.
By changing the signal polarity of each string 1 vibration from each piezoelectric element 6 as shown in FIG.
The outputs from the whole are made to cancel each other out, but if the contact between the saddle 2 and the piezoelectric element 6 changes due to changes in the tension of the string 1 as described above, the balance of polarity reversal will be lost and howling will occur. It becomes easier to come out,
Overall, there were drawbacks such as not only was it difficult to adjust the sensitivity, but even once it was adjusted, the sensitivity was unstable and easily changed.

(Purpose of the Invention) The present invention provides a pressure sensor that is attached almost integrally with the acoustic body by holding down its outer periphery, and a saddle that is divided into any number of strings, so that the pressure between the saddles and the body can be adjusted even when the tension of the strings changes. By providing a pick-up mounting structure for a musical instrument having an acoustic body that can maintain a constant contact state of the sensor, it is possible to easily adjust the sensitivity of the pressure sensor for each string and increase the stability of the sensitivity. Moreover, the purpose is to greatly reduce the occurrence of howling.

(Structure of the Invention) As shown in FIG. A frame body 14 is inserted through a pressure sensor 13 for detecting the vibration of each string 11, and the strings 11 are inserted into a guide groove 15 divided into an arbitrary number of strings 11 at the string 11 position of the frame body 14. a saddle 1 that comes into contact with and transmits the pressing force due to the tension of the string 11 to the pressure sensor 13;
This is a structure for mounting a pick-up part of a musical instrument having an acoustic body in which a plurality of strings 11 are individually inserted.

(Example) FIGS. 5 to 7 show an example of the present invention,
The bridge 18 attached to the top shell 17 forming the acoustic body of the guitar has grooves 2 along each string 19 support position.
0 is formed, and in the groove 20 there is a pressure sensor for detecting the vibration of each string 19, such as a bimorph piezoelectric element in which a silver electrode is vacuum-deposited on ceramic made of zirconate lead tannate (ZTP). A frame body 23 is inserted through the pressure sensor 22 which protects the pressure sensor 21 with an insulating material and a brass case, and in this inserted state, the pressure sensor 22 is pressed against the upper side 17 by the frame body 23, and the pressure sensor 22 is pressed against the upper side 17 with the frame 23, 17 almost integrally.

The frame 23 attached to the piece 18 in this way
A guide groove 24 is formed separately for an arbitrary number of strings 19 (in this embodiment, for each string 19), and a pressure sensor is provided in the guide groove 24 to detect the pressing force due to the tension of the string 19 when the guide groove 24 comes into contact with the string 19. Saddle 2 transmitting to 22
5 is inserted into the guide groove 24 with the width of the piezoelectric element 21 so as to be vertically movable without tilting.

Therefore, in this installed state, even if the tension of the string 19 changes, the saddle 25 does not tilt and the pressure sensor 22
Since the pressure sensor 22 maintains a state of surface contact with the front shell 17, the sensitivity does not change in the initial adjustment state, and since the pressure sensor 22 is almost integrated with the front shell 17, it hardly picks up the vibration of the front shell 17, which greatly reduces howling. Also, the height of each string 19 can be reduced to the height of the saddle 25.
It can be easily adjusted by replacing the saddle or tightening the saddle.

The relationship between each string 19, the pressure sensor 22, and the saddle 25 including the 6th and 12th strings can be made to correspond, for example, as shown in FIGS. 8A to 8F.

(Effects of the Invention) In the present invention, the pressure sensor is mounted almost integrally with the acoustic body by pressing the outer periphery of the pressure sensor with the frame on the bridge, and the pressure sensor is connected to each string separately through the guide groove formed in the frame. Because they are in contact with each other, the contact between the saddle and the pressure sensor is maintained constant, making it easier to adjust the sensitivity, stabilizing the sensitivity, and greatly reducing howling, producing a stable sound with good sound and no unevenness. There are effects that can be obtained.
