Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the simplification of a device for use in the casing process by binding a band around stacked tiles through the top surface of a shock absorbing material placed thereon and the sides and bottom thereof and covering the stacked tiles with a shock absorbing material with the opposite sides left uncovered. CONSTITUTION:The method of binding tiles in a stack 1 comprises the steps of arranging a predetermined number of tiles W into a tile stack 2 in a hexahedral form, covering the top surface 3 and the side 4 of the tile stack 2 almost entirely by a L-shaped shock absorbing material 5 which is composed of a laminar, elastic corrugated fiber sheet, rubber and synthetic resin, binding a band 9 around the top 6 of the shock absorbing material 5, i.e. the surface covering the top surface 3 and the other sides 7 and 7a and a bottom 8 of the tile stack 2, forming joints of the band 9 on the sides 7 and 7a thereof and extending the band 9 from the joints to give a tab 10.

■Kyuudo Traditionally, when packing tiles in boxes, the front and back sides of the tiles are adsorbed using a suction device, etc., and placed directly into the box with an appropriate gap between the adjacent edges of the tile. There are cases where partition plates are inserted as a cushioning material to prevent tiles from shifting inside the box and being damaged due to looseness. However, it is necessary to provide precision when transferring the liquid using a suction device or the like, which has the disadvantage that the device or the like becomes complicated.

In addition, when using tiles packed in boxes, if they fall over, the entire box must be moved to the work site at an elevated work site, which is extremely hard work, and when all the tiles in the box are used. Although there are no problems, it does have the drawback that the tiles in the box often fall apart during use, causing damage due to contact between the tiles and making it unusable. The present invention provides a tile wrapping body comprising a tile assembly and a buffer for protecting two sides of the tile assembly wrapped with a cable tie. By using this method, the present invention aims to provide a tile packaging method that not only simplifies the mechanism of the equipment used in the packaging process, but also facilitates the removal of tiles from the box and the binding hand. .

In view of this point, the present invention stacks a predetermined number of tiles to form a hexahedral tile assembly, and attaches a cushioning material to the top surface and one side of the tile assembly. Along with urging,
A cable tie is wrapped around the other side and the bottom of the tile assembly through the upper part of the cushioning material to form a tile wrapping body, and the cushioning material of the tile wrapping body is used to connect the cushioning material of the tile wrapping body to the other tile wrapping body. The one that is housed in the box so as to be placed in a position opposite to the part where no cushioning material is added, and the one where the binding band is placed on the other side, and the end of the binding band is extended at the joining part. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a method for packaging tiles that can be removed.

An embodiment of the great invention will be described based on the drawings. 1 is a tile wrapping body used in a tile packaging method, and the tile wrapping body 1 has a predetermined number of tiles W stacked on top of each other. A corrugated board sheet, rubber, synthetic resin, etc., having elasticity, formed into a plate shape so as to form a hexahedral tile assembly 2 and substantially hide the top surface 3 and one side 4 of the tile assembly 2. The cushioning material 5 is formed into an abbreviated shape and attached, and the other side surface 7 of the tile assembly 2 is attached through the upper part 6 of the cushioning material 5, that is, the part where the upper surface 3 is hidden.

When a plurality of tile wrapping bodies 1 are housed in the box 11, the upper surface of the other tile wrapping bodies 1a to which the cushioning material 5 is attached is placed in a position opposite to the part where the cushioning material 5 is not attached. 3 and one side 4 of the so-called tile wrapping body 1.1a...
By placing the tiles W in an upright position,
A cushioning material 5 is interposed on the side surface of the tile wrapping body 1, la, . . . , and a grip portion 10 at the joint portion of the binding band 9 is disposed above.

In short, the present invention stacks a predetermined number of tiles W to form a hexahedral tile assembly 2, adds a cushioning material 5 to the top surface 3 and one side 4 of the tile assembly 2, and adds the cushioning material 5 to the top surface 3 and one side 4 of the tile assembly 2. A cable tie 9 is wrapped around the other side surface 7.7a and bottom surface 8 of the tile assembly 2 through the upper part 6 of the material 5 to form a tile wrapping body 1.1a... and then the tile wrapping body 1. The cushioning material 5 of 1a... is attached to another tile wrapping body 1.
.. The buffer material 5 is interposed on the side surface of the tile wrapping body 1.1a because it is housed in the box 11 so as to be placed in a position opposite to the part where the buffer material 5 is not added in the tile wrapping body 1.1a... Therefore, by simply storing the tile wrapping bodies 1.1a... in a constant state, damage to the tiles W can be prevented by the cushioning material 5, and the mechanism for storing the tiles W in a constant state can be easily completed. It is possible to construct a tile boxing system that is excellent in cost and maintenance, etc., and is made into an affordable assembly, making it extremely convenient to carry.
If the tile wrapping body 1.1B... in 1 is 8@,
Even if four of them are used, the tiles W will not fall apart in the box 11, so handling after work is easier by eliminating damage caused by contact between the tiles W. This allows you to organize your work schedule effectively.

Further, since the binding point of the binding band 9 is located on the other side surface 7.7a and the end of the binding band 9 is made to extend at the binding point, by housing it in the ridge, the binding hand 9 can be easily attached. The gripping part 10, which is the end of the joining part, is arranged above.

As a result, the cable tie 9 can be easily hooked on and taken out, and even when wearing gloves during the tile pasting work, the grip part 10 at the extended end can be grasped. This has great practical effects, such as being able to easily unwind the binding band 9.
