(Prior Art) Conventionally, solid feeds in the form of powders and granules are often used as feeds for aquaculture of aquaculture products such as cultured fish such as hamachi and cultured shrimp.
In order to automate the feeding means, the present inventors developed an automatic feeding machine as shown in FIG. Its structure includes a hopper 1 that accommodates powdered and granular feed, a branch pipe 2 connected directly below its discharge port, and a transport pipe 3 that communicates the branch pipe with the upper circumferential wall of the pipe end.
an air supply pipe 4 connected to the pipe end of the transport pipe;
and an air jet nozzle 5 that protrudes from the tip of the air supply pipe into the transport pipe and extends to the vicinity just below the opening of the branch pipe 2, and the powder/granular feed supplied to the hopper is passed through the branch pipe. 2 and successively fall into the transport pipe 3. On the other hand, pressurized air from a power-driven fan (not shown) or an air compressor is introduced into the air supply pipe 4, and is ejected into the transport pipe 3 from an air jet nozzle 5 connected to the tip of the air, causing high-speed air to flow into the pipe. Generate air flow (10-50 m/s). The feed thus sucked into and dropped into the transport pipe 3 is carried by this air flow, passes through the transport pipe 3, and is dispersed from the tip of the pipe onto the water surface of the aquaculture area.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Artificial feeds come in a variety of shapes, including powder, granules, and granules of various sizes, and it is difficult for them to flow uniformly into the transport pipe from the hopper of the automatic feeding machine mentioned above. Instead, it often accumulates and remains in the blind spot X formed in the transport pipe below the base of the air jet nozzle without being able to ride the transport air flow, and may absorb moisture, stick to the inner surface of the pipe, and rot. If this is mixed with other fresh feed and fed, there is a concern that it will harm the hygiene of cultured marine products such as fish, and this type of deposit will gradually increase around the nozzle, impairing the feed transport function. Therefore, it was necessary to frequently clean the area around the nozzle, which had the drawback of requiring a great deal of effort.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention addresses the above-mentioned problems, and includes: a branch pipe connected directly below the discharge port of the hopper; a transport pipe in which the branch pipe communicates with the upper circumferential wall of the pipe end; an air supply pipe connected to the pipe end of the transport pipe; and an air jet nozzle that protrudes from the tip of the air supply pipe into the transport pipe and extends to the vicinity immediately below the opening of the branch pipe, and the nozzle This invention relates to an automatic feeding machine for powdered and granular feed, which is characterized by having an auxiliary air outlet opened below the base of the machine, and its purpose is to:
The purpose is to blow off the bait that has fallen below the nozzle by an air flow jetting out from an auxiliary air jet hole of the nozzle, join it with the main air flow jetting out from the tip of the nozzle, and transport it normally.

(Example) The automatic feeding machine of the present invention will be described below with reference to an example shown in FIG. Similar to the one shown in FIG. 2 described above, 1 is a hopper, 2 is a branch pipe, 3 is a transport pipe, 4 is an air supply pipe, and 5 is an air jet nozzle.

Reference numeral 6 denotes an auxiliary air ejection hole, which is a feature of the present invention, and in this example, it is formed in a slit cut in the radial direction from below the base of the nozzle 5.
Since there is almost no difference in function and effect whether it is a single circular hole or a plurality of circular holes, the selection of the hole shape is arbitrary. Further, the direction of the opening is not limited to the radial direction of the nozzle, and it goes without saying that the opening may be inclined.

(Function) Now, since the device of the present invention is constructed as described above, among the bait that has been sucked and fallen from the hopper 1 into the transport pipe 3, the bait that has entered the lower part of the nozzle 5 is removed from the auxiliary air jet hole of the nozzle. The bait is not blown away by the airflow ejected from the nozzle 6 and stagnates or accumulates in the relevant part, but joins the main airflow ejected from the tip of the nozzle 5 together with other baits, flows inside the transport pipe 3, and is discharged outside the pipe. Therefore, the cleanliness around the nozzle 5 is always maintained.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, despite the simple structure of the present invention, it is possible to reliably wipe out the remaining bait that falls below the air jet nozzle and to produce stable and sanitary bait. The effect is great because it eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional devices.
