【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は養殖魚、海老など養殖水産物を対象と
する粉・粒状餌料の自動給餌機に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to an automatic feeding machine for powder and granular feed for cultured fish and shrimp, and other cultured marine products.
(従来の技術)
従来、はまちに代表される養殖魚類および養殖
海老などの水産物の養殖において使用される餌料
は、粉・粒状の固形餌料が多く採用されている。
而してその給餌手段を自動化するために、本考案
者等は第2図に示すような自動給餌機を開発し
た。その構成は、粉・粒状餌料を収容するホツパ
1と、その排出口直下に連結した支管2と、該支
管を管端部上部周壁に連通せしめた輸送管3と、
該輸送管の前記管端部に連結した空気供給管4
と、該空気供給管の先端部から前記輸送管内に突
出し前記支管2の開口直下付近まで延在せしめた
空気噴出ノズル5とを備えており、上記ホツパに
供給された粉・粒状の餌料は支管2を通つて輸送
管3内に遂次落下する。一方、空気供給管4には
図示せざる動力駆動のフアンかエアコンプレツサ
からの圧力空気が導入され、その先端に連結した
空気噴出ノズル5から輸送管3内に噴出し、該管
内に高速の空気流(10〜50m/s)を発生させ
る。かくて前述の輸送管3内に吸引、落下した餌
料はこの空気流に乗せられて輸送管3内を通り該

のホツパから輸送管内への流入が一様でなく、輸
送用空気流に乗れずに、空気噴出ノズルの基部下
方の輸送管内に形成される死角X部に堆積残留す
ることが頻発し、且つ吸湿して管内面に固着し腐
敗する場合があり、これが他の新鮮な餌に混入し
て給餌されると魚等養殖水産物の衛生を害する心
配があると共に、上記ノズル周辺にこの種堆積物
が次第に増大して、餌料の輸送機能を損う惧れも
あつた、従つて、上記ノズル周辺を頻繁に清掃す
る必要が生じ、その手間に多大の労力を要する欠

前記管端部に連結した空気供給管と、該空気供給
管の先端部から前記輸送管内に突出し前記支管の
開口直下付近まで延在せしめた空気噴出ノズルと
を備え、かつ該ノズルの基部下方に補助空気噴出
孔を開口せしめたことを特徴とする粉・粒状餌料
の自動給餌機に係り、その目的とするところは、
上記ノズルの下方に落下した餌料を上記ノズルの
補助空気噴出孔から噴出する空気流により噴き飛
ばしてノズル先端より噴出する主たる空気流に合

ことなく、ノズル5先端から噴出する主たる空気
流に他の餌料と共に合流し輸送管3内を流動して
管外に排出されるので、上記ノズル5周辺の清浄
