Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は移動農機におけるサイドクラツチの改
良に関するものである。ハーベスタ等移動農機に
おけるサイドクラツチは一般にサイドクラツチギ
ヤを車軸上で摺動させて動力を断続させるように
なつている。そしてサイドクラツチギヤ部の摺動
はインボリユートスプライン上を摺動させるもの
が大半であるが、この摺動方式だと負荷が加わつ
た場合摺動低抗が増大してサイドクラツチ操作が
重くなるという不都合があるため、従来車軸とサ
イドクラツチギヤ間に多数の鋼球を介在せしめて
摺動低抗を減少させるようにしたものも提案され
ている。しかし鋼球による摺動方式を採用すると
組立時鋼球やサイドクラツチギヤが車軸から脱落
したりすることがあるため組立ての作業性が悪く
なるという新たな欠点が生ずる。

クラツチギヤが摺動許容範囲のどの位置にあつて
もサイドクラツチギヤの摺動面が滑落防止用リン
グを抱持するように構成すると共に、車軸の内方
端部にサイドクラツチギヤ抜止め用の突起を一体
に突設したことにより、サイドクラツチギヤの摺
動低抗を軽減せしめてサイドクラツチ操作を常に
軽快に行なうことができるものでありながら、組
立時鋼球やサイドクラツチギヤ等の脱落を確実に
防止し得て組立の作業性を著しく向上させること
ができると共に構造簡単で安価に製造できる移動
農機のサイドクラツチを提供しようとするもので
ある。

に弱められた注油口6a近傍部分の補強効果を図
ると共にケース6内ギヤの回転で飛散した油(潤
滑油)が注油栓6cに設けたブリーザ孔6′cか
ら吹出すのを確実に防止し得るように配慮されて
いる。20は変速シフター、21,22,23は
ギヤ群である。

鋼球14の抜出しが確実に防止される。そのた
め、リング15の逸脱等に起因するサイドクラツ
チの故障や不具合がなくなり鋼球14によるサイ
ドクラツチの軽快な操作性が長期にわたつて持続
される。

突起を一体に突設したからサイドクラツチギヤの
摺動低抗を軽減せしめてサイドクラツチ操作を負
荷の如何にかかわらず常に軽快に行ない得て操作
性の向上を図ることができるものでありながら、
次の効果を奏するに至つたものである。即ち、 鋼球の滑落防止用リングを片方ずつ車軸の外
側方から簡単に嵌込むことができるうえ、該リ
ングやサイドクラツチギヤ抜止め用の突起によ
り、鋼球やサイドクラツチギヤ等の脱落を確実
に防止できるので、組立に際しては鋼球やサイ
ドクラツチギヤ等サイドクラツチギヤ回りの各
部品を予めサブアセンブリとして車軸に組込ん
でおくことが可能となり、組立の作業性を著し
く高めることができる。
