内側の空間部に配置された殺菌灯とで構成される流水殺
菌装置と、前記殺菌灯のガラス壁面に設けられた温度セ
ンサーと、前記温度センサーに連動し、かつ前記内管内
に送風する送風器よりなる装置を恒温槽に収納したごと
を特徴とする紫外線流水殺菌装置を特徴とするものであ

殺菌線出力を最大にし、点灯時の殺菌線放射の立上りを
早くすることができるので、瞬時に流水を殺菌すること
